We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Change Management Specialist to join our dynamic finance division in the insurance industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in change management, a good understanding of the insurance sector, and experience to support the implementation and adoption of Oracle Cloud Fusion. This role focuses on managing workforce readiness and adoption of change, including business process transformation, system implementation, and driving stakeholder engagement across the organisation.
- Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies and frameworks aligned with the implementation of Oracle Cloud Fusion project roadmap.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct change impact assessment to evaluation the effectiveness of the system and process changes.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor organisation readiness and resistance, develop mitigation plans and adjust change management strategies as necessary.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Design and lead stakeholder engagement initiatives to build awareness, understanding, and commitment to ensure alignment with organisational objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Create and execute comprehensive communication plans to ensure timely and consistent messaging throughout the project lifecycle.
- Training and Support: Partner with functional leads to develop and provide training and support initiatives to end-users and project team members, ensuring smooth adoption and utilisation of Oracle Cloud Fusion solutions.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and report performance related to change adoption, stakeholder engagement and communication effectiveness reports, documentation, and to senior management and stakeholders.
- Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
- Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
- Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.
We are looking for people who
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field. Other relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Oracle Cloud certifications) is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of project or change management experience or Finance experience. Candidates with experience working on Oracle Cloud Fusion implementations and within the insurance industry is a plus.
- Proven track record in managing change for Oracle Fusion or similar cloud transitions
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, effective in stakeholder managements, especially with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Possess strong decision-making and problem-solving ability, with the ability to analyse and manage conflicts.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic setting, with a high level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and completeness in project deliverables and documentation.
- High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.
- Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.

Role Summary
The IT Change Management Specialist role at HCLTech involves overseeing and coordinating IT change processes to ensure they are executed smoothly and in compliance with established procedures. The specialist will manage change records using ServiceNow (SILVA), lead change advisory board (CAB) meetings, handle escalations, and ensure timely approvals. The role also includes reporting, conducting post-implementation reviews, and driving process improvements. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in change management and IT operations, be familiar with global organizational structures, and possess strong analytical and communication skills. The position requires coverage of EU business hours.
MOST IMPORTANT ACTIVITIES:
- Ensure that changes are handled in accordance with the current agreed process and associated procedures.
- Administer change records in SILVA, the AXA Global ServiceNow instance.
- Participate in, and host relevant change management meetings including CABs.
- Assist with escalated changes and ensure their workflow is managed in accordance with the process.
- Provide day to day expertise for changes managed to the process stakeholders.
- Collaboration with process stakeholders.
- Responsibility for ensuring change approvals are in place in accordance with timings specified in the process.
- Production of change management reporting.
- Managing post implementation reviews for changes that have caused major business impact or upon request.

As the Process Improvement and Business Projects Manager, you are responsible for leading the continuous improvement initiatives and business projects of PFS Deposits.
You will work with the acquisition and portfolio team, and supporting teams and play a key role in transforming customer journeys and business initiatives.

The manager will be in projects for Deposits business covering new product and new process developments, including digital transformation.
This role presents you with an opportunity to be agile and continually challenge the business to be innovative and take a customer-centric design approach to traditional programme disciplines such as operational excellence, business architecture and industrialization, and technology.
The candidate is expected to know the Bank's retail deposit products, process and policies inside out, possess Project Management skills and be able to communicate it to other members of staff, work with the respective stakeholders

Functional (job responsibilities)
Lead and drive core business team in identifying, verifying, analyzing, and implementing process improvement and process re-engineering opportunities. Provide Project Management support covering technical and analytical support for process improvement and new business and product initiatives. Develop process analysis and re-engineering to improve customer experience, efficiency and lower costs. Facilitate the design and implementation of new/improved customer journeys, process models and organizational structures. Train and guide resources in process improvement techniques and technical know-how Manage and lead internal team and stakeholders to achieve desired results Assist in development of new process capabilities for existing and new products Facilitate the review and update for business SOPs. Perform special studies and projects to improve account opening and communication between business and channels, specifically branches, sales team and digital channels. Ensure that the team works in accordance with the approved company operating policies, procedures, practices and methods. Lead and drive any other department and bankwide process improvement or business initiatives

Newcomer Onboarding
The Training and Process Improvement Officer has the key responsibility to onboard all ROO newcomers and ensure they have all the required tools and training to perform their expected task. Trainer’s responsibility includes but is not limited to scheduling and conducting all the training phases for the newcomer including the examination for the new officer to qualify as RO Solver.
Competency Management
The trainer also identifies what are the current team members gaps, proposes and provides refresher training or coordinates with external stakeholders to provide training for team upscaling.
User guide and Process Improvement
Under Process Improvement, they are to coordinate with WHS & ACD Managers, Team Leaders and also other FHS stakeholders (MFT) to ensure that processes are adhered to as per current RO User Guide and work jointly on improvement plans where gaps are identified. The Process Improvement team is then responsible to ensure the deployment of new processes, rules and regulations.
Component Issue Management (CIM)
Other responsibilities of Training and Process Improvement Officer are , but not limited to, being a member of the FHS Component Issue Management (CIM) Forum for ROO related topics and also the monitoring of ROO subcontractor performance.
