Deep understanding of IP networking, including Layer 2/3 protocols: spanning-tree, IS-IS, OSPF, BGP, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, QoS, VLANs, ACLs, and NAC/SDA. Experience with enterprise-grade VPNs, firewalls, and network encryption technologies. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot large-scale, multi-platform LAN/WAN/WLAN environments.
