Responsibilities :
Set up and break down event spaces, including tables, chairs, linens, place settings, buffet stations, etc.
Greet guests and provide high-quality customer service throughout the event.
Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely, courteous, and efficient manner.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the catering area and event space.
Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
Assist with bar service (if applicable and certified).
Collaborate with kitchen staff, event coordinators, and other team members to ensure smooth event operations.
Handle guest inquiries or complaints professionally and elevate issues as necessary.
Adhere to the event timeline and company standards at all times.
Requirements :
Minimum
1–2 years of experience
in the F&B industry,
Previous experience in catering, banquet service, or food & beverage is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for long periods.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Flexible schedule – availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential.
