Responsibilities :

Requirements :
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the F&B industry, preferably in a supervisory role.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events.
Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required.

Clean big equipment like ovens, ventilation filters, and garbage rooms when scheduled.
Safety & Equipment Care
Always wear the correct PPE (gloves, aprons, shoes, etc.).
Make sure tools and machines are used safely and kept in good condition.
Report any accidents, breakage, fire, or damage immediately.
Follow all food safety and health & safety rules (like HACCP, 5S, QHSE, etc.).
Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe at all times.
Other Duties
Help move and store kitchen supplies and raw materials.
Join training sessions to improve your skills.
