Responsibilities :

  • Supervise daily catering operations and ensure smooth execution of events.

  • Lead and motivate catering staff, including scheduling, task assignments, and performance monitoring.

  • Ensure food quality, hygiene, and presentation standards are consistently maintained.

  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment for catering events.

  • Communicate with clients to understand requirements, handle feedback, and resolve issues.

  • Assist in budgeting, cost control, and reporting to management.

  • Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations.

Requirements :

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the F&B industry, preferably in a supervisory role.

  • Proven experience in catering, F&B, or hospitality industry (supervisory role preferred).

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events.

  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required.
