Job Description
About the Role
We’re hiring a Marketing Manager who’s bold, strategic, and execution-driven. This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead digital campaigns, manage creative assets, drive lead generation, and directly influence property sales.
We want someone who can think outside the box, solve real business problems, and continuously improve their game — not someone who just runs ads.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and run marketing campaigns across Facebook, Google, TikTok, WhatsApp, roadshows, and community events
- Generate quality leads and drive bookings for landed home developments
- Create or guide content production (videos, brochures, social posts) to support campaigns
- Collaborate with sales team to improve lead-to-viewing and viewing-to-booking rates
- Set up and manage CRM flows, WhatsApp automation, and lead nurturing journeys
- Monitor and reduce CPL, improve engagement, and increase campaign ROI
- Run competitor research, positioning studies, and pricing analysis to sharpen strategy
- Lead event execution and offline promotions
- Track campaign performance and share actionable reports weekly
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of marketing experience, preferably in property development or real estate
- Proven ability to run performance marketing and drive results (Meta/Google ads)
- Strong understanding of buyer psychology, especially middle-income family segments
- Experienced in working with CRM tools (e.g., SAM) and WhatsApp-based lead follow-ups
- Creative eye and attention to detail – you care about content quality
- Comfortable with occasional weekend events or urgent campaign launches
- Highly driven, low ego, solutions-focused
- Loves testing new ideas and improving past campaigns
To proceed with your application, please take a moment to answer the following 2 questions based on your personal experience and in your own words, WITHOUT RELYING ON ANY ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE tools. This will allow us to understand you better before we meet.
- FIXING BAD LEADS AND FINDING CREATIVE WAYS TO DRIVE LEADS & APPOINTMENTS
Tell us about a time when your social media campaign generated a lot of leads, but most of them were poor quality — for example, they didn’t respond, were not serious, or gave fake numbers — and you were also working with a tight budget.
Please include in your answer:
- What project or company was this for, and when did it happen?
- What made the lead quality so poor, and how did you investigate the root cause?
- What specific steps did you take to fix or improve lead quality despite limited budget?
- Did you try any creative or non-traditional tactics (e.g., community outreach, guerilla marketing, video content, referral bait, etc.)?
- How did you handle pressure from the sales team or management during this time?
- What was the final result — in terms of lead quality, appointments, or engagement?
- What did you learn from that experience?
1.PLEASE DESCRIBE THE HARDEST PROBLEM YOU'VE PERSONALLY FACED AT WORK. INCLUDE AS MANY DETAILS AS POSSIBLE, SUCH AS:
- What Happened
- When this happened
- Where you were working at the time
- Who was involved
- Why it was such a big challenge
- How you solved it step by step
- What have YOU done?
