Responsibilities
Greet and approach customers proactively, introducing and demonstrating products. Explain product features, benefits, promotions, and upsell/cross-sell when appropriate. Achieve individual and store sales targets. Maintain merchandise displays, ensure stock levels are adequate, and keep the retail area neat. Handle basic cashiering: process sales, payments, and issue receipts. Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team/management. Support in promotional events, sampling, and campaigns. Follow company SOPs for customer service, product handling, and visual merchandising. Qualifications
SPM or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome. Previous retail/promoter experience is an advantage but not required. Outgoing, friendly personality with good communication skills. Able to speak Malay, English or Chinese to serve a wide customer base. Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and shift schedules. Passionate about customer service and sales.
