Requirements

- Able to drive and oversee a full life cycle of enterprise cloud solutions, software and products, including concept inception, budget estimation, ROI analysis, technology selection, development management, infrastructure management, security management, operation management, troubleshooting and continuous improvements
- Demonstrated track records in driving innovation through leadership
- Demonstrated track records in enterprise software development and deliveries.
- Demonstrated track records in management development and infrastructure budgets
- Demonstrated track records in software quality, scalability and security assurance
- Knowledge with government certified commercial cloud platforms is a plus
