Job Purpose:

The Product Manager has overall responsibility for achieving the sales and profit targets for the related product groups and creating the highest return for both TD SYNNEX and the vendor. While responsible for revenue outcomes, this is a sales enablement position. Ensuring highest and continuously improving levels of vendor and partner satisfaction.

Maintain a high level of safety awareness within your team to promote a safe working environment for all team members.

Maintenance of an accurate pipeline by product group.

Measurement and maintenance of critical product group performance data in order to ensure that TD SYNNEX meets its vendor commitments and fully leverages all commercial opportunities for rebates and other vendor investment initiatives.

Business forecasting and business planning for product groups with vendors.

Provision of various reports for the purposes of commercial decision making.

Be the advocate and leader for the relevant product groups in TD SYNNEX and be the advocate and leader for TD SYNNEX within the relevant vendor community.

Provide direction, development and support to ensure the sales team is performing at optimum levels for the relevant product group. This will require a close working relationship with the Channels Sales Director.

Deal effectively and efficiently with unsatisfactory performance and/or behavior within your team.

Provide an appropriate example of leadership, by way of behaviors, to the wider organization.

Proactively contribute as a member of the leadership team to the commercial ‘well-being’ and longevity of the business.

Position requires strategic thinking/planning coupled with tactical execution of identified business opportunities, within a matrix organization. Must be able to build and maintain relationships effectively and communicate at all levels. Develops opportunities across the F5 services portfolio while effectively selling using technical, organizational and customer knowledge to influence and build trusting relationships. Able to partner effectively, and tactically across F5 and with Systems Integrators, large Service Providers and regional VARs based on need or required value. This is typically an individual contributor role. This is a quota carrying role.# **What You’ll Do:*** Establish and maintain positive working relationships with F5 Distributors, F5 Partners, F5 Professional Services and F5 Product Sales Teams in the development, sales and delivery of Professional, Knowledge, and Enhanced Services offerings.* Develop strategies and create opportunities in consulting solutions, training, enhanced services offerings to ensure that deliverables are of the highest quality and meet client expectations.* Manage technical, service agreement, and training aspects of Professional Services engagements and assist in sales efforts both with existing clients and prospective ones.* Research and develop lists of potential customers within an organization; regularly follow-up on leads and developing leads, and act to close deals* Determine market strategies and goals for each service; understanding the strategies, goals and objectives of named accounts* Assume a leadership role in coordinating account strategy and tactics for professional services team (consulting, education services and sales management)* Responsible for identifying and qualifying long-term and short-term business opportunities and pro-actively identifying and addressing competitive threats* Prepares formal proposals and presentations, presents to all levels of the organization including executives, leads negotiations, coordinates complex decision making processes and overcomes objectives to closure, and closes sales in a professional and effective manner* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technical developments and government regulations that affect target markets* Must understand organization’s business needs, develop application of products and services and communicate how F5’s technical value added solutions will address those needs* Assume full responsibility for accurate sales forecasting by demonstrating in depth knowledge of sales cycles from initial contact through the procurement process, ensure SalesForce is utilized appropriately and maintained on a regular basis* Responsible for upholding F5’s Business Code of Ethics and for promptly reporting violations of the Code or other company policies* Perform other related duties as assigned# **What You’ll Bring:*** 8+ years of direct work experience in a relevant environment* BA/BS degree preferred* Strong negotiation and closing skills* Strong solution selling and presentation abilities* Advanced client interfacing and customer-focused approach* Strong Influencing skills* Demonstrated selling skills in a complex matrix environment* Demonstrates effective use of internal relationships and resources* Strong ability to effectively manage time and prioritize workload, develop and manage pipeline and forecasting* Ability to provide and work from a home office located within the territory* Requires specialized knowledge in cloud services, managed services and traditional implementation services* Experience with Internet related software or systems# **What You’ll Get:*** Hybrid working mode* Career growth and development opportunities* Recognitions and Rewards* Employee Assistance Program* Competitive pay, , and cool perks* Dynamic

Responsibilities

Be a part of the expansion of Managed Services in Southeast Asia for leading local and regional accounts, working closely with Business Development.

Lead and integrate internal and external marketing technology (MarTech) to enable data-driven, automated marketing strategies that drive business impact.

Deliver effective digital and integrated marketing strategies across channels to acquire new profitable accounts and optimize portfolios for financial institutions, retailers, ecommerce, and governments.

Frame, package and design digital and integrated marketing solutions/products and manage delivery end-to-end to drive client performance.

Identify key pain points and deliver strategic value and growth through digital marketing projects.

Identify cost efficiencies and opportunities for scale and impact; manage external agencies and client engagements, including project cadence and P&L.

Manage multiple internal and external stakeholders from inception to implementation and optimization.

Support and manage go-to-market strategies in key Southeast Asia markets.

Leverage artificial intelligence tools and data analytics to develop and optimize marketing strategies and campaigns, analyzing consumer behavior, market trends and large datasets for personalization.

Design and implement AI-enhanced marketing strategies aligned with business goals; use predictive analytics and machine learning to forecast behavior and campaign performance.

All About You

BA required; MBA preferred

Experience at a large issuing bank in Asia Pacific and/or other sophisticated payments markets; retailer experience is a plus

Performance and growth digital marketing experience in fintech and/or digital bank is beneficial

Hands-on experience designing and delivering large-scale campaigns acquiring new customers and marketing to existing customers

Comfortable in a remote managerial situation

Acquainted with martech solutions; marketing consultancy experience preferred

Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit

Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communications skills; strong team player with ability to work independently

Travel required; approximately 50% (post-COVID)
