**Required Experience, Qualification and Certifications:**
1. **Professional Experience:**
2. 8-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP development, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and Cloud Application Programming Model (CAPM).
3. Proven experience in Senior Consultanting and managing SAP development teams through full lifecycle projects (design, development, implementation, and support).
4. At least 4-5 years of experience in developing cloud-native applications using SAP BTP (including CAPM), SAP Fiori/UI5, and related tools.
5. Expertise in SAP HANA Cloud, SAP Integration Suite, and SAP Cloud SDK for developing scalable and high-performance applications.
6. **Educational Qualifications:**
7. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
8. SAP certifications related to SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, or SAP Development (CAPM, SAP Fiori, ABAP, etc.) are highly desirable.
