- As an extended member of the site technical team, you will provide high frequency and long term process unit monitoring and analysis for ExxonMobil’s global manufacturing facilities
- Utilize advanced analytical tools to provide technical insights, recommendations, and drive optimization opportunities
- Perform high level business stewardship activities including energy utilization, material balance, and unit improvement opportunity analysis
- Manufacturing Application / Process Control Engineer
- Develop and implement basic regulatory and advanced control applications
- Improve abnormal event detection capability and alarm management
- Provide technical support to refineries, chemical plants, and upstream facilities on base advanced control applications
- Model Performance Analytics Engineer
- Develops, deploys, and sustain tools used for PIMS model validation globally
- Performs validation analysis of PIMS sub-model health together with manufacturing site technical team
- Utilize techniques and tools to produce fit for purpose high quality models
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering
- Excellent academic track record
- <3 years of relevant work experience encouraged to apply
