Job Responsibilities
What you will do:
Campaign Setup, Trafficking & Execution
- Set up and launch display, video, social, and programmatic campaigns across platforms such as Google Ad Manager (GAM), DV360, The Trade Desk (TTD), Xandr, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Ensure accurate ad trafficking, creative uploads, and tracking implementation for all campaigns.
- QA creative assets, third-party tags, tracking pixels, and ad placements to prevent errors and discrepancies.
- Work closely with the product and tech teams to resolve any tracking or implementation issues.
- Monitor daily campaign performance (e.g., impression delivery, pacing, click-through rates, conversions) and flag underperformance for adjustments.
- Optimize campaigns by adjusting budgets, tweaking targeting, and refining bid strategies to improve efficiency.
- Analyze engagement metrics for social media campaigns and apply best practices and industry insights to enhance performance.
- Ensure campaigns stay within budget and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Work with the Digital Media Manager and ad tech teams to troubleshoot tracking errors, discrepancies, and ad delivery issues.
- Ensure all tracking pixels, UTMs, and conversion tracking are properly implemented and functioning correctly.
- Liaise with ad verification vendors (MOAT, IAS, DoubleVerify) to ensure compliance with viewability and brand safety standards.
- Generate weekly and post-campaign performance reports, highlighting key learnings and optimization recommendations.
- Assist in campaign analysis by identifying trends, testing new strategies, and providing data-driven insights.
- Keep track of spend pacing, delivery reports, and KPI benchmarks to ensure campaigns meet expectations.
- Stay up to date with new features, updates, and best practices across Google, Meta, TikTok, and programmatic platforms.
- Test and implement new ad formats, bidding strategies, and optimization techniques to drive campaign success.
- Share insights with the team on emerging trends, platform updates, and innovative approaches to digital advertising.
Who you are:
- Degree/Diploma holders in Business/Advertising/Commerce/Communications or in anyrelevant field
- 2-4 years of experience in digital media campaign execution, trafficking, and optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager (GAM), DV360, The Trade Desk (TTD), Xandr, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Strong understanding of campaign KPIs such as CTR, CPM, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and viewability metrics.
- Experience with tracking tools, UTM parameters, and conversion pixels.
- Proficiency in ad operations, troubleshooting ad delivery issues, and working with ad verification tools (MOAT, IAS, DoubleVerify).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and implement optimizations.

Job Responsibilities
What you will do:
Campaign Setup, Trafficking & Execution

The team serves major clients and broker partners through an elevated, personalized experience – our client-centric framework drives a consistent experience and best practices, while allowing flexibility to meet the client’s needs.
About the role
Campaign Management
- Manage annual marketing budget to achieve overall financial targets.
- Maximize revenue from Policy Owner Marketing (POM) customer database through improved customer targeting/segmentation and increase product holdings.
- Conduct campaign analysis and provide proactive support to business to highlight improvement opportunities and / or resolve problems, and to develop and execute action plans to deliver sustainable improvement.
- Liaise with call center and relevant internal and external stakeholders for campaign implementation and ongoing campaign performance.
Operation & Administration .
- Assist Head of Campaign Management to coordinate and ensure smooth operations & administration for the assigned campaigns.
- Ensure campaign P&L, persistency rate, monthly premium collection are regularly monitored and updated.
- Develop and maintain all new campaigns preparation and setup including campaign checklist, marketing plan, CPPM tracking and monthly reporting of campaign performance.
- Maintain and update monthly and quarterly marketing cost and accruals for management.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budget and agreed financial performance targets.
- Submit and obtain approval from local and regional management for each marketing campaign.
- Financial reporting to support the business including budgeting, expenses, portfolio, GPW/NPW, marketing allowable

What you’ll need to succeed
- Tertiary education with minimum 5 years working experience;
- Experience in direct marketing and telemarketing campaign management preferred
- Insurance industry and/or finance, CRM or direct marketing background will be an added advantage.
- Meticulous, analytical and detail oriented.
- Excellent logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Capable of multi-tasking, taking initiatives, working in groups or as an individual
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
