- Conduct campaign analysis and provide proactive support to business to highlight improvement opportunities and/or resolve problems, and to develop and execute action plans to deliver sustainable improvement.
- Liaise with call center and relevant internal and external stakeholders for campaign implementation and ongoing campaign performance.

- Tertiary education with minimum 5 years working experience.

As the eCommerce Marketing, Strategy & Planning, Manager you will play the role of a digital consultant. You will take charge of overseeing the day-to-day client and campaign management for a portfolio of brands and be responsible for managing the entire client relationship – driving value and business outcomes by assisting with strategic direction, campaign management, audience targeting, budget/spend optimization, and reporting. You will manage and develop client relations through the full life-cycle of the account — on-boarding, initial ramp up, ongoing account management, billing, monthly/quarterly business reviews, etc. This position works to understand the client's business needs and endeavors to drive business outcomes backed by our data capabilities.
- Advertiser Management & Growth: Deliver client-specific media and outcome-based goals while maintaining and improving client satisfaction levels. Translate business requirements and strategic direction into actionable processes and improve revenue across all assigned accounts.
- Campaign/project management: Work closely with internal stakeholders; Ad Operations, Creative and data teams and external vendors to drive campaign performance and deliverables. Analyze and report campaign performance with meaningful insights.
- Data-Centric Consultation: Drive data-centric discussions with clients to identify opportunities and new interests that the advertiser may not be aware of to help drive revenues by suggesting the right technology and media platforms.
- Revenue Growth: Identify growth hacking opportunities for current advertisers to accelerate their outcome goals. Participate in new business and pitch strategy development.
- Maintain Industry Knowledge: Keep abreast of industry trends, media trends, innovations and best practices across digital media platforms (Search, Social, Display/ Programmatic and Mobile), data and technology.
- The successful candidate will be an inspiring and confident team player with at least:
- At least 4-6 years of working experience in account/ client management in the online advertising industry.
- Proven account management and analytical professional experience
- Leadership experience in managing media specialist teams of 1-4
- Proven media planning experience across multiple platforms for performance clients, developing media best practices through testing
- Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Experience in Facebook Ad Manager, Google Search, Display, Google Analytics tools, Programmatic, etc.
- Experience with in-platform ads of Lazada/Shopee, Meta CPAS campaigns will be advantageous.

You will take charge of overseeing the day-to-day client and campaign management for a portfolio of brands and be responsible for managing the entire client relationship – driving value and business outcomes by assisting with strategic direction, campaign management, audience targeting, budget/spend optimization, and reporting. You will manage and develop client relations through the full life-cycle of the account — on-boarding, initial ramp up, ongoing account management, billing, monthly/quarterly business reviews, etc. This position works to understand the client's business needs and endeavors to drive business outcomes backed by our data capabilities.
Advertiser Management & Growth: Deliver client-specific media and outcome-based goals while maintaining and improving client satisfaction levels. Translate business requirements and strategic direction into actionable processes and improve revenue across all assigned accounts. Campaign/project management: Work closely with internal stakeholders; Ad Operations, Creative and data teams and external vendors to drive campaign performance and deliverables. Analyze and report campaign performance with meaningful insights. Data-Centric Consultation: Drive data-centric discussions with clients to identify opportunities and new interests that the advertiser may not be aware of to help drive revenues by suggesting the right technology and media platforms. Revenue Growth: Identify growth hacking opportunities for current advertisers to accelerate their outcome goals. Participate in new business and pitch strategy development. Maintain Industry Knowledge: Keep abreast of industry trends, media trends, innovations and best practices across digital media platforms (Search, Social, Display/ Programmatic and Mobile), data and technology.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will be an inspiring and confident team player with at least: At least 4-6 years of working experience in account/ client management in the online advertising industry. Proven account management and analytical professional experience Leadership experience in managing media specialist teams of 1-4 Proven media planning experience across multiple platforms for performance clients, developing media best practices through testing Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint Experience in Facebook Ad Manager, Google Search, Display, Google Analytics tools, Programmatic, etc. Experience with in-platform ads of Lazada/Shopee, Meta CPAS campaigns will be advantageous. Fluent in written and spoken language skills in English

Qualifications Required:10+ years of experience in marketing strategy, business planning, sales enablement, or business development.

Fluency in English (Additional language proficiency in Korean, Japanese, or Mandarin is a plus).
Preferred:Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
12+ years of experience in driving product/solution growth, demand generation, and pipeline acceleration.

Key Responsibilities
As the E-commerce Marketing, Strategy & Planning Senior Associate at ADA , you will be in charge of planning, executing campaigns, monitor, and optimize performance for e-commerce marketing activities, including but not limited to paid ads, display ads, and affiliate marketing . This is an exciting role, enable you with full skillset of overseeing campaign strategy, implementation, trafficking, and analysis with widen of campaign types in across marketplace platforms (Lazada/Shopee/Tiki / TikTok ).
- You will wo r k closely with Commercial Manager/ Commercial Associate on assigned accounts to deliver high performance e-commerce marketing activities across the marketplace platforms .
- You will be proficient in managing client campaigns including strategy development and planning, campaign execution and analysis, providing regular insights and recommendations.
- You will lead the entire campaign planning – proposal – execution – evaluation and optimization cycle for the next campaign.
- You will participate in relevant internal and external training programs for personal and professional development .
- You will work with enthusiastic regional and local ADA leaders and colleagues, and have ability to access to ADA's professional systems and tools that effectively support your daily work.
- 2- 3 years of working experience in e-commerce marketing/ digital performance marketing on marketplace platform, e-commerce enablement agency, or online business team at client side.
- Proven ability to plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms like Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, and TikTok Shop.
- Strong understanding of marketplace mechanics, especially around traffic acquisition, conversion, and media buying.
- Skilled in campaign analysis and reporting, with the ability to draw insights and recommend optimizations using tools like Excel and Power BI.
- Effective communicator with the ability to clearly present strategies, performance updates, and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Experience collaborating with internal teams (Commercial, Creative, Operations) and external platform representatives.
- Highly accountable with a proactive mindset, capable of managing campaigns end-to-end.
- Proficient in budget management and performance tracking.
- Fluent in writing and speaking skills in English .
