What you will be doing:
Campaign Input and Management:
- Input placement details accurately into the bookings system.
- Ensure all campaign details are correctly logged and tracked within internal systems.
- Review and verify campaign details in booking form/order to ensure they are complete
- Process booking details into SAP or any revenue tracking/billing system in use
- Campaign entitlement utilization monitoring and health check
- Prepare monthly campaign progress tracking and billing report
- Ensuring alignment in data input into the booking system. E.g. documents & campaign renaming, select promo indicated, traffic note & spots key-in allocation with standardize & consistently like different spots line for each segment), in order provide clean & tidy data output information for analysis.
- Documents compliance to accounting policy & audit requirement by checking the accuracy of booking with basic requirements (company cop, name & rate applied etc.) to ensure the completeness of operation /approval process in booking systems.
Operational Tasks:
- Address and resolve any operational issues that may arise during campaign execution.
- Execute all duties in accordance with deadlines (Including weekends, if deemed required) i.e. Management, Traffic, Interactive, Creative and Integration)
Internal Coordination:
- Liaise with internal teams, including Creative, Marketing, and Platforms, to ensure all campaign elements are in place and functioning correctly.
- Follow up with respective teams to ensure timely completion of tasks related to the campaign.
- Support and have joint responsibility with the nominated Client Solution team for all aspects of client servicing.
Data Management:
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all campaign activities.
Who you are:
- Final year degree/Diploma students pursuing Business/Advertising/Commerce/ Communications or in any relevant field
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and/or other languages is an added advantage.
