- Create and implement thorough promotional strategies to achieve sales goals and increase brand awareness.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to coordinate promotional activities with overall business strategies.
- Manage all of promotion execution, including planning, budgeting, implementation, and performance analysis.
- Oversee the creation of promotional assets to ensure alignment with brand standards and marketing objectives.

- Effectively communicate and collaborate with teams based in overseas.
- Monitor campaign data, analyze results, and adjust strategies to meet predetermined goals.
- Develop targeted activities based on user behaviour and scenarios to increase user engagement and conversion.
- Design and manage campaign landing pages, including creating and editing content, to execute campaign concepts and impact.
- Establish and improve campaign processes and systems to increase performance and results.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience of at least 2 years in marketing or promotions, explicitly focusing on operations management.
- Proficiency in managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and translating data into actionable insights is essential.
- Demonstrated skills in using marketing software and tools, including CRM and analytics platforms.
- Exemplary communication, leadership, and cross-team collaboration skills are required.
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and analytically with a problem-solving approach.
- Candidates with financial promotion experience and an understanding of multinational consumer needs are preferred.
- Strong self-motivation, data analysis, and user behaviour insight abilities are necessary.
- Proven experience in attracting new customers and planning and executing promotional activities, with excellent logical and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of online platform operating rules, user behaviour, and scenarios is necessary.
- Exceptional communication and time management skills are required.

What Your Day Job Looks Like At WPP Media
- Serve as key point of contact on brief delivery responses and work with WPP Media Agency Planner in developing tactical strategies/responses
- Compile all necessary media recommendations (i.e. media schedules) from respective WPP Media Buying teams
- Oversee end-to-end project management of campaign brief and delivery
- Be responsible across all campaign tracking and reconciliation requirements (including KPI delivery)
- Support the Director of Campaign Delivery team to strategize key account campaigns and ensure optimal delivery and performance alongside with all WPP Media Agencies and WPP Media Buying teams
- Share regular updates with Agencies on campaign performance, such as in-flight optimizations and necessary schedule adjustments
- Assist WPP Media agencies on consolidating data for ad hoc based reports (e.g. CSI/Savings Report/Cost Avoidance)
- Deliver holistic cross channel campaign analysis (i.e. mid and post campaign reports) working with respective buying teams to provide actionable insights and optimisation recommendations
- Identify new product opportunities that will enhance clients’ digital front
- Roll out test and learn initiatives to drive continuous improvements in campaign performance
- Take an active role in developing broader biddable or digital strategic recommendations and best practices to scale impact at market and regional level
- Any other project or tasks as assigned from time to time
