About The Role

We are looking for a hands-on Social Media Campaign Marketing Manager that is excited about the below Mission and Outcomes over the next 6-12 months. This is an exciting opportunity for a junior campaign manager to help build and execute our social media campaign management processes from scratch.

Mission: The Social Media Campaign Manager will own the regional execution and scaling of Facebook lead generation campaigns in English and Traditional Chinese across Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, and the UK. This role is key to establishing Facebook as a high-performing acquisition channel—through the development of ad copy, creative direction, and data-driven optimization to build the right playbooks across markets.

Outcomes:

  • Launch and scale Facebook campaigns starting with Hong Kong, then expanding to Singapore, Australia, and the UK—delivering profitable revenue at target ROAS through effective copywriting, audience selection, and optimization
  • Support and manage creative testing process that improves performance over time by identifying what resonates in each market and language, with clear rationale for ongoing creative direction
  • Evaluate lead quality in HubSpot and partner with Sales to identify actions plans that improve conversion rates, and make ongoing adjustments to targeting, messaging, and campaign setup
  • Continuously test and optimize campaign setup, including bidding strategies, ad types, creative grouping within Ad Sets, and audience structures to maximize efficiency and scale
  • Provide structured performance reporting with actionable insights delivered daily, weekly, and monthly to guide decisions on budget, creative, and targeting

To do this, you will have a minimum of 1 year experience as a Meta campaign manager, ideally in a B2B environment, with hands-on experience with Google Ads with large budgets. You can be located anywhere, but must be a native speaker and writer of Traditional Chinese.

We are looking for a Campaign Fulfillment Manager (CFM) to join the Operations team. The CFM is primarily responsible for supporting the management of delivery of products on a contract from inception to completion to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Job Description

We are looking for a Campaign Fulfillment Manager (CFM) to join the Operations team. The CFM is primarily responsible for supporting the management of delivery of products on a contract from inception to completion to ensure complete customer satisfaction. This includes the day to day responsibility of coordinating the reconfirming of what the customer purchased, capturing customer soft goals to communicate to all post sales teams, collection/receipt of online media deliverables, handling all post sale changes. Candidates must be logical thinkers with good communication skills who are able to multi-task and work under pressure. This individual needs to be a team player, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast paced environment.

Essential Job Functions:

Onboarding & Campaign Set Up

  • Coordinate the receipt of online creative materials from Agencies and/or Advertisers to ensure creative deadlines are met for all media campaigns
  • Build relationship with Advertisers to provide support and to fulfill campaign in order to help build a loyal customer base;
  • Communicate with the Sales, CSM, Product Ops teams about campaign status, performance and execution;
  • Provide excellent Customer Service by responding to internal and external customer inquiries over the telephone and through email;
  • Provide order status and performance updates to Sales Reps; and,

Campaign Setup, Trafficking & Execution

  • Set up and launch display, video, social, and programmatic campaigns across platforms such as Google Ad Manager (GAM), DV360, The Trade Desk (TTD), Xandr, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Ensure accurate ad trafficking, creative uploads, and tracking implementation for all campaigns.
  • QA creative assets, third-party tags, tracking pixels, and ad placements to prevent errors and discrepancies.
  • Work closely with the product and tech teams to resolve any tracking or implementation issues.

Campaign Monitoring & Performance Optimization

  • Monitor daily campaign performance (e.g., impression delivery, pacing, click-through rates, conversions) and flag underperformance for adjustments.
  • Optimize campaigns by adjusting budgets, tweaking targeting, and refining bid strategies to improve efficiency.
  • Analyze engagement metrics for social media campaigns and apply best practices and industry insights to enhance performance.
  • Ensure campaigns stay within budget and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).

Troubleshooting & Technical Support

  • Work with the Digital Media Manager and ad tech teams to troubleshoot tracking errors, discrepancies, and ad delivery issues.
  • Ensure all tracking pixels, UTMs, and conversion tracking are properly implemented and functioning correctly.
  • Liaise with ad verification vendors (MOAT, IAS, DoubleVerify) to ensure compliance with viewability and brand safety standards.

Reporting & Insights

  • Generate weekly and post-campaign performance reports, highlighting key learnings and optimization recommendations.
  • Assist in campaign analysis by identifying trends, testing new strategies, and providing data-driven insights.

Proficiency in ad operations, troubleshooting ad delivery issues, and working with ad verification tools (MOAT, IAS, DoubleVerify). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and implement optimizations.
