Requirements
Contracts and Vendors Management
- Work with Pledge Retention Officer to plan annual Direct Mail (DM) mailing campaign, budget and vendor contracts required to support cash appeal mailing and donor communication plan.
- Support the procurement process by inputting into preparation of draft Terms of Reference (TOR), technical evaluation matrix, proposal template, assist tender bidding process as required with the support from the supervisor and the Supply and Procurement unit and Fundraising Assistant.
- Monitor contracts budget, expenditure and contract deliverables.
Campaign Management
- Work closely with Marketing Services Officer and Pledge Retention Officer for Direct Mail and eDM annual content plan.
- Work with Pledge Retention Officer to review and update Marketing Communication Calendar for campaign deadlines and content delivery.
- Support the Pledge Retention Officer with:
- Developing campaign briefs for Marketing Services Officer and brief agency on creative direction.
- Designing Campaign Donor Journeys: Structure, Sequence, and Activation.
- Briefing and monitoring production vendors on working timeline and ensuring mailing deadlines are met.
- Developing mailing test to increase campaign response rate, increase average cash gift and frequency of donation.
- Managing costing and ensuring cost effective production of donor communication materials.
- Providing in-depth analysis of campaign tests and strive to optimize ROI
Mid-Level Donors Cultivation Programme and Support Donor retention programme
- Work closely with Pledge Retention Officer and Marketing Services Officer to develop mid-level donors cultivation programme
- Support activities and events to build donor engagement
- Execute retention test and monitor progress
- Support retention/fulfillment agency to monitor retention mailing and stock level
- Review retention materials on a periodic basis and refresh/update content when necessary
Database marketing
- Effective use and monitoring of donor database to allow profitable selection, data filters and donor segmentation.
- Support in Developing the annual plan for segmentation test to increase donor lifetime value
Reporting
- Prepare and submit campaign budget/forecast, trend analysis and periodic reports for all DM & eDM campaigns for review
- Generate monthly reports and analysis of campaign results
- Perform other reasonable related duties as assigned by the Pledge Retention Officer such as emergency fundraising.
Requirements:
Education:
- Minimum a University Degree in the following areas: Marketing, Communications, Journalism.
Work Experience:
- 2-3 years of professional working experience in Campaign Marketing/Customer Loyalty & Retention
- Experience in Campaign Marketing, Cultivation Program, CRM OR Retention and Loyalty Programmes.
- Good analytical skills: Ability to prepare reporting such as ROI analysis, marketing campaign performance, trend analysis etc.

Marriott International Malaysia is seeking a dynamic Field Marketing Manager to drive above-property marketing across Malaysia. This role is responsible for translating brand, loyalty, F&B, and destination strategies into regional activations to drive awareness, incremental revenue, and guest engagement.
