As part of our Finance Consulting practice, you will work with leading organizations to rethink and transform their Finance function, helping them address some of their most complex challenges in a business environment that is more challenging than ever. Your key responsibilities

• Contribute to the successful delivery of Finance projects, and be accountable for producing high-quality work deliverables
• Learn and demonstrate technical competence across our Finance capabilities over time, and take a practical, value-driven approach to solving client challenges
• Support Project Managers to deliver projects on time and on budget, while meeting quality expectations on a day-to-day basis
• Anticipate and manage project risks, and ensure project team and key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes
• Establish and maintain relationships with external client personnel at appropriate levels
• Support business development activities, including preparing proposals to win new projects in the market
• Be up-to-date with new, disruptive trends that have the potential to impact our solutions and our client’s businesses

Work you’ll do

• The candidate shall supervise the activities of the staff assigned under him/her including training, instruction, task assignment, work review, performance evaluation, and administration of progressive discipline as needed.
• The candidate shall build and maintain respectful, positive working relationship with clients, staff, managers, and other members of the Firm. S/he shall provide conflict resolution, as needed.
• S/he shall provide support in practice development and marketing activities.
• S/he shall support HR team in taking interviews.
• The role will include but not limited to quote approval, identify month-end journal entries (software deferrals, revenue adjustments, etc.), prepare supporting documentation, and communicate to accounting department for booking; revenue simulations based on various assumptions; impact analysis of the application of key policies; support to Sales as part of the deal structuring; and review of contractual clauses.
• In addition to the above, s/he shall prepare a variety of financial reports including periodic reports, year-end closing, payroll-related reports, and other reports as required by his/her clients.

• Certifications. Preferably, Certified Public Accountant or with other relevant certifications.
• Other Qualifications.
• Ability to interact and communicate with various stakeholders (sales, operations, finance community, auditors, etc.)
• Strong communication skills, ability to articulate point of view in a clear and assertive fashion.
• Ability to focus on the overall picture, solve problems and provide operational and decision support.

The opportunity

As a Finance Consultant, you will work with leading organizations to drive Finance of Tomorrow agenda across the entire lifecycle of the project. You will work with clients who are embarking on their first steps to Finance of Tomorrow Transformation journey, to clients who already operating Finance of Tomorrow and are looking for next disruptive solution to accelerate and deliver value through the next level of world-class Finance of the Future.

Your key responsibilities

You will work with our clients to help solve their toughest challenges and deliver insightful recommendations that are rigorous in their grounding, creative in their selection, distinct to each client, and practical in their ability to be taken to market. You will help build insight and action plans around competitor intelligence and industry trends to ensure our clients remain forward thinking and agile. You will be skilled at working with and through clients to ensure that they have full ownership of analysis as well as implementation.

• Strategize and Plan: Establish Finance vision, strategy and operating model that are customer(1)centric and digital enabled to support enterprise aspirations and goals, qualify the case for change and design the transformation journey roadmap
• Design and Implement: Design and implement finance delivery model and governance, encompassing end-to-end processes, incorporating accounting standards / policies and control requirements as well as emerging automation solutions, design the Finance Technology and Data landscape considering the overall enterprise technology and data architecture, talent skillsets and capabilities, organization structure and performance measurements; determine change impact,strategizing and executing enterprise-wide change management activities
• Transition and Stabilize: Manage transition activities including planning training and knowledge
