- Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on HR-related matters
- Analyse HR data and metrics to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a business partnering role
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and navigate complex organisational dynamics
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills
- Ability to think strategically, with a focus on driving business outcomes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret HR data and metrics

Job Summary
Lead and manage the overall implementation of HR strategic/tactical initiatives and align Group HR strategies with Business Unit/country-level operations in order to achieve business results.
General Responsibilities
- Strategic HR & Operations Management: Oversee HR budget and resource allocation while executing both short-term and long-term HR initiatives aligned with business goals.
- Talent & Performance Development: Drive talent management for critical leadership roles, including readiness and succession planning, and execute performance management activities.
- Compensation & Benefits Collaboration: Work with Compensation & Benefits to propose market-driven compensation strategies that boost employee performance, engagement, and retention.
- Organizational Effectiveness & Training: Implement organizational design changes to improve efficiency, and execute company-wide training and development strategies.
- HR Service Delivery & Analytics: Manage the deployment of HR services, systems, and tools to streamline processes, prepare HR metrics for business decisions, and lead employee engagement and change management efforts.
- Experience developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business goals with tangible HR metrics.
- Understands business levers for growth, change dynamics, and success factors.
- Proficient in analyzing complex data to provide actionable management recommendations.
- Demonstrates knowledge in strategic and tactical HR functions.
- Degree in Human Resources, Organization Development/Behavior, Organizational Psychology, Labor Relations, Business Management, or similar related discipline is preferred
- Minimum 10 years’ solid HR business partnering experience in a similar role in Shared Services / Information Technology or Technology Industry
- Must be a self-driven and self-motivated person, resourceful, fast learner, pro-active, committed, adaptable, team player, and strong attention to detail.
- Must be able to work in fast-paced shared service environment.
- Must be able to work and based in Menara Ken TTDI and travel as and when needed to The Ascent, Kelana Jaya.

- Candidate must possess at least minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or in any related field, with at least minimum 5 years of solid working experience in end to end HR business partnering. Experienced in Healthcare / Pharma industries and larger multinational companies, will be an added advantage.
- Well verse in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives to achieve business goals with tangible HR metrics
- High degree of emotional intelligence, able to work with diverse cultures, multiple levels of stakeholders and within a matrixed environment
- Has the ability to analyze complex data, understand business implications and make recommendations to the management team
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge in both strategic and tactical HR core function

We are looking for a Specialist, Account Management position to be based in Kuala Terengganu. The department generally is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, promoting existing activities and ensuring fast, sustainable growth.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage and expand relationships with existing restaurants and proactively identify further new business opportunities.
- Monitor accounts and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Develop sound strategic marketing plans and ensure consistent growth for the client’s business
- Monitor each account’s performance metrics and ensure compliance with foodpanda’s operational standards function.
- Strong knowledge of all aspects of the foodpanda business model and the online food ordering market.
- Collaborate with other departments & stakeholders and provide feedback and identifying industry trends
- Account Manager will be the main point of contact in all matters relating to client’s concerns & needs
- Work with internal support functions to ensure that every deal that goes live on the platform meets quality standards - collaboration
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure project delivered timely
- Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment
- 2-3 years’ experience within a client management role preferable
- Proven B2B sales experience would be an advantage, preferably within the areas of F&B, media, advertising, FMCG and e-commerce
