- Be responsible for the operation and maintenance support, fault diagnosis and problem handling of the data platform.
- Be responsible for the inspection of data platform operations, as well as the diagnosis and repair of monitoring issues.
- Use automated and intelligent methods to solve problems in the operation and maintenance of the data platform.
- Be responsible for users communicating with Global Mobile Data Platform, addressing the issues raised on a daily basis, including but not limited to operational and data-related problem.
Skill Requirements:

- Data Strategy & Management: Oversee data retrieval, validation, and migration processes, ensuring high accuracy and efficiency. Manage critical data requests and provide insights that drive business decisions.
- Dashboard Development & Reporting: Design, maintain, and optimize user-friendly dashboards to provide clear, actionable insights for stakeholders. Able to answer “why” instead of “what” had happened.
- Automation & Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance business intelligence operations through automation and workflow optimizations
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key liaison between business teams and technical teams, effectively gathering requirements and translating them into data solutions. Manage priorities across departments to align with strategic goals.
- Data Governance & Compliance: Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with internal and external policies.
- Data Literacy & Enablement: Promote data-driven decision-making by educating stakeholders on data interpretation, visualization best practices, and self-service analytics tools.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Guide junior analysts, providing support on technical skills, data storytelling, and best practices in business intelligence.
- Above 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong experience in Operations Data Management, with a keen eye for detail and operational insights.
- Expert proficiency in SQL including data ingestion and scheduler.
- Strong experience with Power BI, Tableau, and Excel/Google Sheets for data visualization and reporting.
- Solid understanding of data warehousing, relational databases, and ETL processes.
- Preferred experience in Python for Risk rules data modelling.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to improving BI solutions.

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Intelligence Engineer with strong business acumen and a deep passion for data-driven decision making. This role goes beyond technical execution — we need someone who can connect the dots between data and strategy, uncover business opportunities, and influence decision-making at all levels.
You will be responsible for building impactful dashboards and data pipelines, conducting in-depth analyses, and collaborating closely with stakeholders across regions. The ideal candidate is both analytically strong and commercially sharp, with the ability to turn complex datasets into clear, actionable insights.
Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain dynamic dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
- Design and build efficient data pipelines to deliver reliable and accurate data outputs in a timely manner, meeting business needs
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deeply understand business goals, challenges, and operating contexts
- Translate business needs into data solutions with clarity, flexibility, and commercial acumen
- Deliver impactful insights through regular performance tracking and ad-hoc deep dives to guide decision-making
- Define, align, and standardize core business metrics to ensure data consistency across regions and teams
- Actively challenge assumptions, connect data points across domains, and provide forward-looking recommendations
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics or data engineering, preferably in fintech, e-commerce, or tech industries
- Proficient in SQL, Python, Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication skills, with fluency in Mandarin to communicate with stakeholders from China and Taiwan
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) and data pipeline setup
- Strong business sense and ability to interpret data from a commercial perspective
- Excellent communication skills in English and ability to work across functional teams
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

The Lifetime Value Co. is looking for an Analyst to join our growing team to influence strategy and improve decision making throughout the company. We are looking for self-starters who attack business problems with curiosity and effectively navigate gray space to deliver results. In this remote-friendly role, you will be expected to challenge the status quo and use data to formulate recommendations that improve the business. You must be able to effectively communicate those insights and drive results across the organization, at all levels. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with complex datasets using SQL and BI tools and is thoughtful and creative when solving data problems and designing data visualizations. What You Will Get to Do- Influence business and product strategy through data-driven insights
- Work with the customer service team to analyze and implement business practices to maximize efficiency and quality of customer care
- Perform deep-dive analyses on customer service data, specifically telephony and IVR, and translate results into actionable business insights
- Develop metrics relevant to the customer service areas and help teams to measure results
- Create compelling visualizations and presentations to help tell the story of the customer experience
- Present findings and make recommendations to management and stakeholders
- Design dashboards and reports for partner teams in Looker
- Create and maintain analytical presentation layers in our SQL database
- Assist in building and refining models used to drive important business decisions
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM, Finance, Economics, behavioral sciences, or similar quantitative field
- 2+ years of relevant work experience, ideally as an analyst in customer care sector
- Ability to tell a story using data, make actionable recommendations, and drive changes that improve the business
- Strong knowledge of SQL and the desire to work with large, complex datasets
- Strong business judgment and entrepreneurial drive
- High attention to detail and ability to balance multiple priorities
- Prior experience using Looker, Excel, Tableau, or other BI tools is preferred
- Prior experience with subscription-business models, marketing-driven businesses, web analytics, and e-commerce payments are all nice-to-have as well
