Roles and Responsibilities
- Allocation of stock produced to Delivery Order based on customer specification.
- Preparation of Stuffing checklist for warehouse team.
- Ensure allocation between entities correctly reflected and keep respective team updated on their allocation.
- Maintaining an optimum inventory level for additives and packaging materials with minimal write offs.
- Follow up daily production output and communicate with Logistics and Sales & Marketing team on any production delay and product on hold due to quality issue.
- Closely monitor PSS requirements to ensure stocks or lot readiness.
- Monitoring and handling the aging and slow-moving stock.
- Presenting monitoring report information by monthly basis.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor degree in Business, Supply chain or similar relevant field.
- Must have at least 1-3 years hands on experience in demand/material/supply planning.
- Preferable experience in SAP system.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Demand Planning & Forecasting:
- Develop Forecasts: Create and maintain accurate, SKU-level demand forecasts for all brands using statistical modeling, historical sales data, and market intelligence.
- Lead Demand Review: Lead the monthly Demand Review process as part of the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) cycle, collaborating closely with the Commercial (Sales & Brand) teams to incorporate their inputs on promotions, new product launches, and market trends.
- Analyze Performance: Track and analyze forecast accuracy KPIs. Conduct root cause analysis on significant variances and implement corrective actions to improve future forecasts.
- New Product Forecasting: Work with the Brand and Innovation teams to develop initial forecasts for new product launches.
Supply Chain & Inventory Management:
- Inventory Strategy: Translate the demand plan into a clear inventory strategy. Set and manage target stock levels (including safety stock) for both finished goods and raw materials to optimize availability while minimizing carrying costs.
- Supply Planning: Work directly with the production team to align the production schedule with the demand plan.
- Procurement: Oversee the procurement of raw materials and packaging components based on the production plan, ensuring timely delivery from suppliers.
- Logistics & Warehouse Oversight: Manage the relationship with our logistics partners and oversee warehouse operations. Ensure efficient receipt of goods, proper storage, and timely dispatch of orders to our international distributors.
- Process Improvement: Continuously identify and implement improvements in the planning and supply chain processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
Minimum Qualifications
· Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
· Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a supply chain role, with at least 3 years focused specifically on demand planning or forecasting.
· Experience in the consumer goods (FMCG), beauty/skincare, or a related industry.
· Hands-on experience with an ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle NetSuite) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.

Principal Business Systems Analysis (SAP)Onsite Location(s):

Purpose Statement:
Analyzes, specifies, designs, documents, tests, and delivers business systems and information system process solutions to meet business requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
- Experienced in SAP SCM (MM & IM) modules.
- Provides end-user support & troubleshooting for system integration interfaces with internal systems, e.g., Manufacturing Applications: PLM – SAP – MES.
- Coordinates projects by creating project plans, timelines, and schedules, and tracks progress to ensure projects stay on course.
- Improves application/system efficiency and recommends implementation of new systems or upgrades to meet customer and company needs.
- Participates in cross-functional teams (Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Production) to articulate site requirements, coordinate site testing (user acceptance testing, system simulation testing), and documentation.
- Resolves recurring issues related to manufacturing applications or processes by collaborating with system or process owners and project teams to find permanent solutions.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
- 10-12 years of experience in implementing & support of SAP ECC or S4 Hana.
- Skills required: SAP Data Analytics, Project Management, SAP Programming.
Functional Knowledge:
- Experienced in SAP SCM (MM & IM) modules.
