+ Drive sales performance for Oncology/Hematology portfolio in Northern Malaysia (e.g., Penang, Kedah, Ipoh, Kelantan).
+ Promote clinical pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals through strategic engagement.
+ Support the broader sales team in achieving regional and national sales targets.
+ Lead product launch strategies and ensure successful market penetration.
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners in hospitals and clinics.
+ Monitor territory performance and proactively identify growth opportunities.
+ Provide scientific and clinical insights to support product positioning.
+ Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
**Job Requirements**
+ Based in Penang, covering Northern region (e.g., Penang, Kedah, Ipoh, Kelantan).
+ Minimum 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or clinical sales.
+ Proven ability to work independently as an individual contributor.
+ Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharmacy, Biomedicine, or related field.
+ Experience in new product launches within the pharma industry.
+ Strong understanding of clinical sales and healthcare systems.
+ Background in Oncology or Hematology is a strong advantage.
+ Excellent communication, partner engagement, and territory management skills.
