Senior Salesforce Developer role is a crucial role for Strategic Partnerships success. You will join an expanding team where you will design the CRM landscape for Strategic Partnership team, allowing them to serve both Agoda and our Booking products to our strategic partners. The role will require you to work across multi-functional teams, including teams from Agoda’s sister company, Booking.com. You will have plenty of opportunities to learn from a multi-cultural team and top talents across the world. This role will also have a direct impact on the team’s future success.
This role is based in Bangkok, Thailand.
In this role, you’ll get to:
- Manage stakeholders across multiple teams to design business requirements, translate the requirements into detailed technical specifications that result in effective, scalable, and reliable solutions.
- Lead the implementation of Agoda Strategic Partnerships CRM business flow from end to end.
- Communicate how solutions map optimally to original business requirements and provide product demonstration of developed solutions.
- Performing code reviews, providing positive useful feedback and ideas on technical workflow.
- Design and create reports and dashboard that will give recommendations to business users to make decisions strategically.
- At least 4 years of experience developing custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Visualforce Pages, and Lightning Components.
- Experience working with Salesforce Sales cloud, experience cloud and service cloud
- Experience with Salesforce flows, profiles, permissions, workflows, data loader and approval processes.
- Knowledgeable of all levels of the SDLC and all testing phases.
- Experience working with and writing intermediate to advanced queries in relational databases (SOQL, SQL, etc.)
- Experience working with Salesforce APIs and Web Services (REST, SOAP)
- Experience with data migration and system integration techniques

Senior Salesforce Developer

The role of a Sales Development Representative at Canonical

Purpose
To drive SensorFlow’s revenue pipeline by leading all lead generation initiatives, including outbound prospecting, digital and email campaigns, and strategic referrals. This role plays a critical bridge between Sales and Marketing, building high-quality hotel leads, nurturing demand, and accelerating top-of-funnel growth across key markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute all lead generation strategies with Marketing , including:
- LinkedIn, Meta, and Google ad campaigns
- Email automation and nurture sequences
- Outbound prospecting (via tools like SalesQL, HubSpot, etc.)
- Strategic partner referrals and customer referral programmes
- Design and manage outreach playbooks
- Tailored to different hotel profiles (e.g. city, resort, serviced residence) to engage decision-makers effectively.
- Collaborate with Strategic Accounts & Sales
- Align targeting, qualify leads, and ensure follow-up cadence converts into Sales Qualified Leads (SQL).
- Track and report on performance
- Including cost per lead, lead-to-SQL conversion, and campaign ROI across all channels.
- Continuously test and optimise campaign performance
- Using A/B testing, segmentation, and messaging iterations.

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Development Representative who is highly driven, tenacious, creative, and works well under pressure. You will work alongside our founder and sales team to introduce the Esevel platform to prospects. This isn’t just a job but an exciting journey in a fast-growing startup.
What You Will Be Doing
- Quickly learn the product, and value proposition and be able to react to objections and answer questions
- Develop and execute a strong prospecting plan of action, including LinkedIn outreach, email, and cold calls
- Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest, and develop accounts to stimulate opportunities through systems such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Apollo
- Effectively communicate our value proposition through outbound calls
- Educate prospects on benefits through nurturing campaigns
- Interact with prospects via video calls and emails, with a high attention to detail
- Effectively qualify prospects before handing them off to the Account Executive
- Schedule initial prospecting meetings for the Account Executive
- Research and test new outreach methods
- Diligently input, track, and measure leads through CRM systems such as HubSpot
- Minimum 1 year of proven excellence in business development or outbound sales
- Strong sense of urgency to reach goals and key deliverables. Acts without being told what to do. Bring new ideas to the table
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales KPIs
- Strong understanding of sales development and lead development of best practices and procedures
- Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce is strongly desired
- Fully reliable and detail-oriented, with a drive to execute flawlessly
- Positive can-do attitude and tireless work ethic. Driven and self-sufficient
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
- Experience selling complex solutions to startups and small-medium businesses would be preferred
- Experience working in a high-growth startup environment would be a plus

About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and confident Sales Development Representative to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. This hybrid role requires you to work both remotely and from the office, with regular travel to the office for collaboration and training. Your primary responsibility will be to generate new business opportunities through outbound cold calling to qualified prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to potential clients to generate interest in our products/services.
Qualify leads by identifying key decision-makers and understanding their needs.
Schedule appointments and demos for the sales team with qualified prospects.
Maintain detailed records of calls, contacts, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to refine calling scripts and strategies.
Attend regular in-office meetings, training, and team-building sessions.
Continuously develop your knowledge of our offerings and target market.
Requirements:
Previous experience in cold calling or telesales is highly preferred.
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
Resilient, confident, and able to handle rejection professionally.
Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.
Comfortable working in a hybrid setup, with regular visits to the Kuala Lumpur office.
Proficient with CRM tools and basic computer applications.
