- Partner with Professional Services/Delivery teams to ensure customer experience continuity.
- Assist in responding to RFXs and mapping RFI/RFP requirements to software solutions.
- Communicate customer needs and feedback to Product Management.
- Willingness to travel.
Qualifications include:
- Excellent verbal communication skills with engaging presentation style.
- 1-2 years of presales experience at a software company or 5 years in a related industry.
- Confidence in sharing knowledge with experienced audiences.
- Ability to quickly learn new concepts and technologies.
- Highly coachable with a desire to grow professionally.
- Experience in Technology, Manufacturing, or Consumer Goods industries is a plus.

About the RoleThe Architecture Analyst plays a pivotal role in supporting ResMed’s global architecture function. This position is designed to ensure the smooth operation of key governance bodies such as the Enterprise Architecture Council (EAC) and the Global Architecture Forum, enabling effective coordination, documentation, and follow-through on architecture decisions and initiatives.
You’ll be instrumental in bridging communication between architecture teams and leadership, maintaining critical registers, and driving operational excellence across architecture activities.
As part of the architecture function, you’ll collaborate closely with solution and domain architects across geographies. Governance & Documentation
- Capture and translate EAC discussions into clear, actionable documentation.
- Maintain high-quality registers for architecture decisions and technical debt.
Coordination & Communication
- Organize and facilitate monthly EAC sessions, including agenda preparation and follow-ups.
- Coordinate regular Global Architecture Forum activities and ensure alignment across teams.
Portfolio & Artefact Management
- Manage and update architecture artefacts such as application inventories, data catalogues, and business capability models.
- Support Application Portfolio Planning by gathering investment requirements and maintaining repositories.
Tool Administration
- Assist in the administration and upkeep of the EA modeling tool Abacus, including model development and data integrity.
Experience & Skills

Strategy
• Responsible for Solution Architecture for Group Finance within Group Functions TTO
• Responsible to work with other Solution Architects across Functions Architecture and Group Architecture to ensure that Group and Functions Architecture Strategies are executed within the area of responsibility.
• Responsible to work with Application Architects and Project Team to ensure that solutions are aligned to wider Functions/Group Architecture Strategy, Policy and Standards.
• Responsible to work with Application Architects, Project Team and Vendors to ensure that Patterns and Best Practices are being considered and applied appropriately.

• Responsible to balance business performance delivery and cost management with risk and control matters to ensure that it does not materially threaten the Group, remaining within risk appetite.

Governance

• At least 3 years of experience with Finance Solutions and Platforms.
• At least 3 years of experience on developing enterprise applications using modern programming languages.
• Experience in data and advanced analytics is a plus.

This role will serve as the Solution Architect for Group Finance within Group Functions TTO. The Solution Architect will be part of the wider Functions Architecture Team and work closely with the various Domain Technology Teams to drive architecture strategy, roadmap, governance and provide architecture guidance. The role is expected to bring together business understanding and technology thought leadership to drive solution and design excellence in the respective domains. Strategy • Responsible for Solution Architecture for Group Finance within Group Functions TTO • Responsible to work with other Solution Architects across Functions Architecture and Group Architecture to ensure that Group and Functions Architecture Strategies are executed within the area of responsibility. • Responsible to work with Application Architects and Project Team to ensure that solutions are aligned to wider Functions/Group Architecture Strategy, Policy and Standards. • Responsible to work with Application Architects, Project Team and Vendors to ensure that Patterns and Best Practices are being considered and applied appropriately. • Responsible to work with Application Architects, Project Team and Vendors to understand and review Vendor product architecture and capabilities. People & Talent • The role will report to Head Architect/Domain Architect for Group Finance. • Collaborate closely with Application Architect and Project team to provide guidance and drive architecture direction Risk Management • Responsible for proactively seeking regular assurance that function is performing to an acceptable risk and control standards. • Responsible to act quickly and decisively when any risk and control weakness become apparent and ensure they are addressed within an appropriate timeframe and, if necessary, escalated through the relevant committees. • Responsible to balance business performance delivery and cost management with risk and control matters to ensure that it does not materially threaten the Group, remaining within risk appetite. • Responsible to work in collaboration with risk and control teams.
