**ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY**
**As a Business Finance Analyst at Iron Mountain, you will work hand in hand with an experienced Regional team, business leaders and operations SMEs across Iron Mountain sites, to provide structured information, recommendations and in-depth analysis focused on customer revenue profiling across products , improving our book to revenue processes and achieving better operational efficiency.**

We are currently seeking a high performing talent to join the Wealth and Personal Banking (WPB) Business Finance team in the role as **Business** **Finance Manager - WPB (GCB5)** . The role reports to the Head of WPB Business Finance, HSBC Bank Malaysia Berhad (HBMY).
This role serves as the key business partner to the WPB stakeholders, influencing the business strategy and assisting in shaping the forward-looking outlook for the WPB business in HSBC Malaysia (comprising HBMY and its Islamic banking subsidiary, HSBC Amanah Malaysia Berhad (HBMS)).
We will consider candidates from across a range of financial skillsets including analytical, commercial, accounting, control and operational. Previous experience of WPB is preferable but is not essential.
**Principal Responsibilities:**
Key accountabilities include:
+ To serve as an effective business partner to drive business initiatives, growth, business strategy and profitability (which includes costs/resource allocation and capital management) to achieve key financials targets;
+ To prepares accurate and timely management information reports and presentation deck for senior management committees/meetings;
+ To perform analytical review on business performance, identifies risks and opportunities and recommends mitigation actions;
+ To support business to formulate strategic financial direction and manage annual planning, budgeting and quarterly forecasting exercise;
+ To analyse segmental income and profitability by products and customer segments;
+ To manage, review and monitor business initiatives and projects that have significant financials implications to business growth and performance;
+ To assist in the stress testing exercises for both HBMY and HBMS;
+ To assist in monitoring of compliance risk to ensure in compliance to all relevant internal and external policies and regulations.
**Requirements:**
+ An undergraduate or post graduate degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline, or possess a professional accounting qualification;
+ > 7 years of working experience in banking/financial institutions, accounting, auditing or related fields;
+ Self-driven with strong quantitative and analytical abilities;
+ Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills;
+ A commercial mindset and outlook and ability to form effective business partnering relationships and able to make robust/tough decision as well as prioritising competing demands;
+ There is a large element of ad hoc requirements within this role - the role holder will need to evidence ability to work under time pressure, flexible, practical and build excellent stakeholder relationships whilst carrying out his/her core responsibilities. A strong team work ethic is critical;
+ Knowledge of programming language (Python, VBA etc) is a definite advantage.
