Reporting to the APAC Senior Brand Manager, you'll be a brand specialist within the APAC Marketing Strategy team. Your primary focus will be developing brand strategy and leading key projects that strengthen customer engagement across the APAC region. You'll oversee both regional strategy and local execution in Malaysia, Singapore, and Hong Kong.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Implementation:
- Partner with the APAC Senior Brand Manager to drive brand strategy across all Group brands (SEEK, Jobstreet, Jobsdb, Jora and ESV partners)
- Embed SEEK's brand positioning across all customer touchpoints
- Lead and implement brand projects that deliver on our vision
- Collaborate with Creative Studio to ensure consistent brand communications
Campaign & Market Management:
- Work with Integrated Campaigns and Country Marketing Teams (MY, SG & HK) on campaign briefs
- Manage APAC brand sponsorships and partnerships to enhance visibility and trust
- Adapt brand assets for local audiences based on insights from country teams
- Maintain brand architecture consistency across all platforms
Performance & Relationships:
- Monitor metrics and brand health indicators to drive performance KPIs
- Manage brand budget with accurate forecasting and reconciliations
- Build and maintain relationships with agencies, partners, and suppliers
- Collaborate across departments including Marketing, Product, Sales, and HR

Base pay rangeJob Responsibility
- Cultivate relationships: Identify and develop new customer accounts while nurturing existing ones, providing excellent service and support.
- Strategic planning: Prepare and execute sales forecasts, marketing plans and reports, while monitoring market trends to stay ahead of the competition.
- End-to-end sales management: Take charge of the entire sales process, from preparing quotations to closing deals and achieving targets.
- Performance optimization: Evaluate and enhance sales performance using data-driven insights to meet and exceed goals.
- Adaptability: Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to learn.
- Regional representation: Serve as the face of the company in designated regions in Malaysia.
- Teamwork: Collaborating with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. And working in-tandem with finance division in collections, ensuring prompt settlement of due and overdue accounts.
- Bachelorâs Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any related field. Candidates with Engineering qualifications will be an added advantage.
- 2-3 years of marketing experience, ideally in heavy lifting, transportation or logistics industries.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with fluency in English, Bahasa and Mandarin. Candidates proficient in Mandarin will be an added advantage to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team especially with keen interest in learning about the heavy lifting and transportation industry.
- A team player with a proactive attitude, attention to detail and a creative approach to problem-solving.
- Competence in MS Office applications to support efficient work processes.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
