Job Description

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Executive, Campaign Management to develop and execute multi-platform campaigns that engage audiences and drive business objectives. This role involves working closely with various internal teams to ensure seamless execution and campaign success.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Sales team, providing insights and updates on ongoing campaigns
  • Develop, manage and implement campaigns, ensuring timely and effective delivery
  • Work with project leads to understand budgets, deliverables and timelines to develop and manage implementation plans appropriately including post implementation preparation. On occasions, also project lead and champion Revenue campaigns
  • Collaborate with multiple internal teams and other relevant stakeholders to ensure integration success across all platforms / channels
  • Manage the implementation and tracking of sales campaigns
  • Provide data analysis for post campaign reporting

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome; candidate with marketing or advertising experience is a plus
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple stakeholders

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Campaign Management Assistant Intern to join our TSL Malaysia office.

This internship provides an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in campaign management, digital marketing, and strategic planning.

You must be able to commit to a minimum of 20-week internship.

What you will do:
  • Work with Project Manager to contribute and occasionally lead the creation of proposals, understand deliverables, and contribute to discussions on new business opportunities, upsells, and client briefs with the sales team and internal stakeholders.
  • Lead the conceptualisation of influencer marketing strategies based on client briefs, ensuring alignment with campaign goals.

  • Assess influencer value based on campaign KPIs, negotiate competitive rates, and build strong relationships with influencers with guidance.
  • Support in ensuring processes are adhered to and quality standards are maintained from the aspects of influencer curation, content reviews, project management, and communication among various parties.
The successful candidate should have:
  • Excellent understanding of new media, digital publishing, content, and social media industry.
  • Strong negotiator with a commercial mindset.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team spirit and ease in building strong professional relationships.
  • Great people skills and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to commit to a minimum of 20 weeks (5 months) internship.

About the Role

Reporting to the APAC Senior Brand Manager, you'll be a brand specialist within the APAC Marketing Strategy team. Your primary focus will be developing brand strategy and leading key projects that strengthen customer engagement across the APAC region. You'll oversee both regional strategy and local execution in Malaysia, Singapore, and Hong Kong.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Implementation:

  • Partner with the APAC Senior Brand Manager to drive brand strategy across all Group brands (SEEK, Jobstreet, Jobsdb, Jora and ESV partners)

  • Lead and implement brand projects that deliver on our vision
  • Collaborate with Creative Studio to ensure consistent brand communications

Campaign & Market Management:

  • Work with Integrated Campaigns and Country Marketing Teams (MY, SG & HK) on campaign briefs
  • Manage APAC brand sponsorships and partnerships to enhance visibility and trust
  • Adapt brand assets for local audiences based on insights from country teams
  • Maintain brand architecture consistency across all platforms

Performance & Relationships:

  • Monitor metrics and brand health indicators to drive performance KPIs
  • Manage brand budget with accurate forecasting and reconciliations
  • Build and maintain relationships with agencies, partners, and suppliers
  • Collaborate across departments including Marketing, Product, Sales, and HR
