- To assist in accurate minutes taking and writing for each meeting and other administrative functions under the Loan Secretariat.
- To efficiently and accurately relay decisions on behalf of the Management Credit Committee ("MCC") to the relevant departments promptly.
- To coordinate and administer submission of credit papers for the MCC.
- To coordinate and ensure quorum for each meeting is being met and to update the MCC and all relevant departments/divisions of any changes to the pre-schedule meeting dates, times and venues.
- To set a dateline for submission of credit papers for the MCC Meeting and ensure all paper submitted are in compliance with prevailing credit criteria and regulatory requirements.
- To identify the presenter of every paper listed on the Agenda including additional papers (Late Papers) to be presented during the meeting.
- To work closely with other departments and/or divisions in coordinating the meetings.
- To supervise subordinates in the department.
- Responsible for the completion of all assigned tasks/projects within the required time frame.
- The incumbent is also expected to assist on other management meeting as requested by the Head of Department.
Requirement
- Recognized degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or equivalent professional qualification.
- Candidate must certified by MAICSA.
- Minimum 2-3 years of credit writing experience with knowledge of business and commercial banking and its products is an advantage.
- Experience in Business Banking, Commercial Banking or experience as a relationship manager, credit officer or credit analyst is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in English, both oral and written.
- The incumbent is expected to have a basic understanding of credit and credit products of a Bank.
- Previous or existing RMs, credit officers/managers or credit analyst is encouraged to apply.

Job Requirements
Education and Certification
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

Experience
- At least 7-10 years of progressive cybersecurity experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven track record in incident response, risk management and governance.
- Experience in regulated industries (banking and finance, telcos) or government and regulatory body is an advantage.
Technical Competencies
