**About the Role:**
**OSTTRA India**
**The Role: Compliance Training and Reporting Analyst**
**The Team:** You will be a junior member of the Compliance team who, along with another colleague, will be responsible for the administration of OSTTRA's employee compliance records. As a large firm with regulatory obligations internationally this is a key role to ensure that staff at OSTTRA are fully aware of their responsibilities, and that the company can evidence that its staff are compliant.
**The Impact** : We are rolling out a new compliance and training platform, and need a reliable, conscientious and detail orientated individual to ensure that all training, reporting and attestations are completed.

**Responsibilities:**
+ Assisting with the set-up of the new compliance and training platforms
+ Rolling out training and attestations as required
+ Monitoring for completion of set tasks and chasing when incomplete
+ Reviewing notifications (conflicts, and gifts and entertainment)
+ Producing management information
+ Maintaining and reviewing staff eligibility for training
+ Ad-hoc compliance monitoring tasks using the training or compliance platform, as needed.
**Experience / Qualifications:**
+ Excellent spoken and written English
+ Attention to detail
+ Good communication skills
+ Ability to organise and manipulate large amounts of data
+ Previous experience in a similar role useful but not essential
+ Proficiency in google suite apps such as google sheets and gmail beneficial
+ The ability to challenge processes and propose improvements where possible.

**Analytics Consultant**

**What You'll Do**
As a key member of our team, you will:
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into clear, actionable data requirements.
+ Turn ambiguous requests into measurable insights with a strong focus on accuracy and clarity.
+ Analyze and recommend improvements to data setup and maintenance processes to drive efficiency.
+ Tackle strategic business challenges by delivering actionable insights through data analysis, using a range of technologies and analytical methods.
+ Design, develop, and implement custom automation solutions to optimize reports and processes.
+ Leverage intelligent automation tools including (but not limited to) Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power Virtual Agents.
+ Partner with process owners to map, validate, and refine business processes.
+ Conduct end-to-end validations to ensure data integrity and business alignment.
+ Apply design standards and performance best practices to enhance dashboard usability and clarity.
+ Resolve data conflicts by providing domain expertise and determining appropriate values.
+ Integrate data from multiple sources to deliver accurate and meaningful outputs.
+ Create user guides, documentation, and training materials to support adoption and long-term sustainability.
+ Lead and contribute to both regional and global projects.

**Required Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Math, Engineering, Analytics, or equivalent work experience. An advanced degree is a plus.
+ Minimum 2 years of advanced reporting or programming experience with SQL or Snowflake.
+ At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Tableau and/or Power BI, with strong knowledge of data optimization, visual design, and dashboard development.
+ Proficiency in MS Excel.
+ Strong technical aptitude to understand system issues, data sources, and touchpoints.
+ Problem-solving mindset with a solution-driven approach.
+ Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt your message to different audiences (team members, stakeholders, and senior leadership).
+ Comfortable testing and piloting new technologies and evaluating their fit for the broader team.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Customer Operations environments.
+ Led or contributed significantly to at least one large-scale project.
+ End-to-end experience implementing automation solutions using intelligent automation tools (e.g., Robocorp RPA, OCR, AI, ML, APIs, SQL, Python).

+ Good understanding of Spark Architecture with Databricks, Structured Streaming. Setting Microsoft Azure with Databricks, Databricks Workspace for Business Analytics, Manage Clusters In Databricks, Managing the Machine Learning Lifecycle
+ Hands on experience Data extraction (extract, Schemas, corrupt record handling and parallelized code), transformations and loads (user - defined functions, join optimizations) and Production (optimize and automate Extract, Transform and Load)

+ Spark Data Frame API

**What you'll be doing:**
+ Experience in developing Spark applications using Spark-SQL in **Databricks** for data extraction, transformation, and aggregation from multiple file formats for Analyzing & transforming the data to uncover insights into the customer usage patterns.
+ Extract Transform and Load data from sources Systems to Azure Data Storage services using a combination of Azure Data factory, T-SQL, Spark SQL, and U-SQL Azure Data Lake Analytics. Data ingestion to one or more Azure **services (Azure Data Lake, Azure Storage, Azure SQL, Azure DW)** and processing the data in **Azure Databricks**
+ Develop Spark applications using pyspark and spark SQL for data extraction, transformation, and aggregation from multiple file formats for analyzing and transforming the data uncover insight into the customer usage patterns
+ Hands on experience on developing SQL Scripts for automation
+ **R** esponsible for estimating the cluster size, monitoring, and troubleshooting of the Spark databricks cluster
+ Ability to apply the spark **DataFrame API** to complete Data manipulation within spark session
+ Good understanding of Spark Architecture including spark core, **spark SQL** , DataFrame, Spark streaming, Driver Node, Worker Node, Stages, Executors and Tasks, Deployment modes, the Execution hierarchy, fault tolerance, and collection
+ Collaborate with delivery leadership to deliver projects on time adhering to the quality standards
+ Contribute to the growth of the Microsoft Azure practice by helping with solutioning for prospects
+ Problem-solving skills along with good interpersonal & communication skills
+ Self-starter who can pick up any other relevant Azure Services in the Analytics space
