Base pay range

• Customer Support & Service: Provide personalized service to high-value clients and assist with their banking needs via inbound call, email and live chat. Address and resolve escalated customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
• Operational Excellence: Monitor service metrics, identify process gaps, and suggest improvements. Ensure all documentation and account setup procedures adhere to banking regulations and internal policies.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Stay updated on banking regulations, policies, and procedures.

• Education Background: Bachelor's Degree, Diploma Graduate.
• Must have minimum 3 year with brokerage experience.
• Must fluent in English & Malay (Able to speak, write and read).
• Computer literacy.
• Must willing relocate in Petaling Jaya Area.
• Willing work in Night Shift (perm night shift).

• Provide timely support to customers through available communication channels (inbound calls, outbound calls, and email).
• Ensure efficient problem and complaint resolution.
• Process payments and client information accurately while safeguarding customers’ personal and payment information.
• Provide proactive support to customers to maintain and improve brand loyalty.

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma and above. Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Applicant must be willing to work on rotational shifts 24/7.
• Willing to relocate in Petaling Jaya.

• Assess and understand customers’ financial goals, concerns, and needs.
• Provide tailored financial advice and recommend suitable wealth management and insurance solutions.
• Proactively build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to support their financial journey.
• Engage clients through various channels, including in-branch consultations, telemarketing, social media outreach, and participation in marketing roadshows.
• Consistently achieve individual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the bank.
• Location : Skudai/Tampoi, Indahpura, Batu Pahat

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline; SPM holder with minimum 5 years experiences can be considered.
• At least 1 year of sales experience in any industry; candidates with banking or financial sales background will be given priority.

• Strong drive for performance and results, with a proven ability to thrive in a target-driven sales environment.
• Willingness to travel to support branch activities and client engagements across surrounding areas.
• Candidates holding any of the following licenses will have an added advantage: PCE (Part A & B), PCIL, CEILI, or TBE.
