Job Description Establish & Lead the HRBP Function

Design, build, and lead the HRBP model for the organization, ensuring scalability and consistency across businesses, functions, and markets.

Recruit, develop, and mentor a team of HRBPs to deliver value-added, strategic support to business leaders.

Strategic Partnering & Workforce Planning

Act as the primary HR advisor to senior executives, shaping workforce strategies that enable growth, transformation, and long-term competitiveness.

Translate business priorities into actionable people strategies covering talent, capability, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness.

Organizational Development & Change

Partner with leaders to design and implement structures that drive efficiency, agility, and innovation.

Lead people aspects of major business transformation initiatives, embedding a culture of change resilience and adaptability.

Culture & Employee Experience

Champion initiatives that enhance employee engagement, well-being, inclusion, and organizational culture.

Serve as a trusted escalation point for sensitive or complex people matters, ensuring alignment with governance and values.

Data & Insights

Drive adoption of data-driven decision-making by embedding workforce analytics and insights into HRBP practices.

Provide executives with clear reporting on workforce health, risks, and interventions.

The Successful Applicant

Minimum 15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 8 years in senior HRBP or equivalent leadership roles within large, complex organizations.

Proven ability to build and scale HR business partnering models.

Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect people strategies to business outcomes.

Expertise in organizational design, workforce transformation, and culture change.

Exceptional relationship-building and influencing skills across diverse geographies, functions, and cultures.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop high-performing HRBP teams.

The role focuses on providing advice and guidance to clients on tax planning, compliance, and strategy, helping businesses navigate complex tax regulations and optimise their tax positions. Responsibilities

Tax Compliance - Ensure accurate and timely filing of all tax returns, including corporate income tax and other applicable taxes to the tax authorities. You will also contribute technical insights to business tax compliance engagements. Tax Planning - Develop and implement tax strategies to optimise the company’s tax position, minimise tax liabilities, and manage risks. Advisory - Provide expert advice on tax implications for business transactions, mergers, acquisitions, investment structure planning, incentive applications, inbound/outbound investment advisory and new business ventures. Reporting - Prepare and review tax provision calculations for financial statements and ensure proper accounting for all tax-related items. Regulatory Monitoring - Keep abreast of changes in tax laws and regulations, and assess the impact on the company’s tax position. Collaboration - Work closely with internal stakeholders, including finance, legal, and business units, to ensure alignment on tax-related matters. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field and/or professional qualification. Strong business technical knowledge with at least 10 years' working experience in tax compliance and consultancy, ideally in a professional services organization. Excellent client handling and team management skills. People management and project management experience. A good level of commercial awareness. Possess good spoken and written skills. Self-motivated and proactive with contribution to business development efforts as part of securing new clients. Additional Information
