Responsibilities- Proven Track record as an outstanding test analyst with end-to-end testing experience. Capable to define the Test Strategy & Test Plan document, to design the test cases and prepare the testers for UAT.
- Understand application business area and application requirements, specifically in the banking environment.
- Experience in managing user acceptance testing (UAT) in both in an Agile and Waterfall delivery environment.
- Hands on experience in test planning, test execution, test management, defect tracking skill and test progress reporting including using a variety if test management tools
- Skilled Business Analyst with relevant experience in the coordination of SIT and UAT for multi phased project preferably using Agile practice.
- UAT management skills is more important than the Insurance domain knowledge.
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience
- Understand application business area and application requirements, specifically in wealth/cards environment. Experience in managing user acceptance testing (UAT) in both in an Agile and Waterfall delivery environment.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Fraud Analyst focused on application fraud in retail and commercial lending. This role will involve working with and assisting in developing and refining Artificial Intelligence systems to detect and prevent application fraud, making an immediate impact on our automated onboarding and decisioning platforms.
The role is responsible for identifying, designing, and validating fraud detection checks and escalation rules across the loan lifecycle — from loan document pre-screening to credit paper creation and decisioning. The candidate will work with product, data science and engineering teams to translate real-world fraud typologies into automated actionable detection signals and test artifacts.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive fraud scenario library that covers application fraud typologies relevant to lending (income falsification, forged bank statements, synthetic identities, collusive schemes, identity manipulation, document tampering).
- Design reproducible test artifacts (anonymised sample documents, metadata-manipulated PDFs, synthetic identities) and use them in regression testing for automated fraud detection system.
- Translate scenarios into detection signals and business rules (metadata checks, cross-document consistency checks, statistical heuristics, social/OSINT indicators) and collaborate with engineers and data scientists to operationalise them.
- Support triage and investigation of flagged applications, define escalation criteria, and help calibrate alerts to balance risk vs customer friction.
- Provide subject-matter expertise to compliance, underwriting and product teams on emerging fraud trends and regulatory expectations.
- Produce clear written documentation: scenario playbooks, runbooks for investigations, test plans, and executive summaries for stakeholders.
- Measure and report on KPIs: detection coverage, false positive rate, false negative incidents etc.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in finance, data analytics, forensic, information security, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years' experience working in banking/fintech fraud operations, credit underwriting investigation, AML/financial crime or a related investigative role with exposure to lending application fraud.
- Practical knowledge of common application fraud typologies (income fabrication, forged documents, synthetic identity etc.).
- Experience designing test cases, scenarios or playbooks used by fraud operations or red teams.
- Strong investigative and analytical skills; comfort working directly with documents and metadata to identify tampering and inconsistencies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical/operational issues to product, engineering and compliance partners.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and producing structured test datasets; ability to work with engineering teams to convert scenarios into automated tests (coding not required).
- Prompt Engineering — design prompts and test-cases to evaluate model behavior.
- GenAI risk awareness — understand common model failure modes (hallucination, overconfidence).
- (Preferred) Certifications such as ACAMS, CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner), or relevant forensic/document-examiner training.
- (Preferred) Experience with document forensic concepts: PDF/XMP/EXIF metadata, scanned vs native documents, digital signatures, hashing and checksum concepts.

What you’ll do As a Summer Analyst, your key tasks and responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Developing and maintaining complex financial models
Performing various financial analyses, including valuations and merger consequences
Conducting comprehensive and in-depth company and industry research
Preparation of presentation and other materials for clients
Participation in due diligence sessions, communications and interaction with deal team members

Our Summer Analyst program is designed to offer you a broad and exciting experience of work as a full time Investment Banking Analyst. During the summer you will be placed within one of our industry, country or product coverage teams. Your training and development is our top priority with extensive formal training offered at the start of the program in addition to on the job support, educational speaker events and mentorship throughout.

Program Overview The Summer Program is a 10-week program designed to provide Summer Analysts with a unique opportunity to gain an exposure to life at Bank of America and also make significant contributions to the team. The Summer Program begins with an orientation and induction to the firm. Summer Analysts are given a true associate experience, as assignments mirror full-time responsibility and include goal-setting and a formal review process.

As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing business requirements, identifying opportunities for improvement, and driving technological solutions to enhance the company's operations and competitiveness.
Responsibilities- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of the problem to be solved
- Understanding of business requirements and translation into functional conception, test description and execution of system test
- Develop and document detailed business and functional requirements for IT projects involving a landscape of applications written in Java/Angular as well as Cobol applications
- Support of the departments in the functional and technical problem analysis in day-to-day business
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and project managers, to deliver solutions that meet business needs
- Identify and analyze business processes within banking and finance to recommend improvements and optimizations
- Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets for IT projects

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT development within the banking and finance industry or ideally asset servicing
- Experience in translating business requirements into technical specifications and user stories
- Knowledge of project development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
- Familiarity with technologies such as Java, COBOL, and Angular
- Proficiency of SQL
- Knowledge in tools such as Jira, Confluence, any test repository (Squash)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between business and technology
- Methodologies – Waterfall & Agile are accepted
