Role Title: Test Analyst
Role Overview
- Proven Track record as an outstanding test analyst with end-to-end testing experience. Capable to define the Test Strategy & Test Plan document, to design the test cases and prepare the testers for UAT.
- Understand application business area and application requirements, specifically in the banking environment.
- Experience in managing user acceptance testing (UAT) in both in an Agile and Waterfall delivery environment.
- Hands on experience in test planning, test execution, test management, defect tracking skill and test progress reporting including using a variety if test management tools
- Skilled Business Analyst with relevant experience in the coordination of SIT and UAT for multi phased project preferably using Agile practice.
- UAT management skills is more important than the Insurance domain knowledge.
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience
- Understand application business area and application requirements, specifically in wealth/cards environment. Experience in managing user acceptance testing (UAT) in both in an Agile and Waterfall delivery environment.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Unix, UAT Testing, SQL queries, Mantis, Data Migration
- ISTQB Certified tester, Foundation level (CTFL) work towards qualification.
- Candidate with experience in Banking domain OR (Insurance / Financial Services industry) is highly preferred.
- Fluency in Mandarin / Cantonese is a MUST

Job Responsibility
- Prepare internal credit ratings and conduct credit reviews for corporate clients, ensuring adherence to the Bank’s policies, credit principles, lending direction and guidelines.
- Evaluate the overall credit worthiness of the borrowers and the ability to meet credit obligations periodically, and alert business for any adverse conditions/news.
- Work with Corporate Banking coverage team to support all related credit analysis matter.
- Interact with the client including gather deal requirements, financial statements and other inputs for performing quality analysis and due diligence.
- Degree in Business/Accounting/Finance/Economics or related field
- Up to date with legal, compliance and market risk related issues
- At least 5-6 years of relevant working experience
- Strong analytical skills with good grasp of financial analysis
- Ability to analyze cash flows, leverage, collateral and customer strength
- Excellent interpersonal and writing skills to ensure effective delivery of credit reports and communication with stakeholders.

Create interactive and visually engaging dashboards to help the business monitor performance, identify trends, and support informed decision-making.
Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand business needs, track pipelines, and identify potential leads to drive sustainable growth and improve conversion rates.
Oversee the Country Balanced Scorecard, monitor performance, refine strategies, and implement corrective actions to close performance gaps and drive continuous improvement.
Cascade KRA scorecards to Relationship Managers to ensure alignment with organisational goals and foster a performance-driven culture.
Support resource planning by assessing current workforce capabilities, productivity, and future business requirements in line with growth and operational changes.
Prepare clear and concise presentations for senior management to support strategic decision-making.
Participate in capital optimisation and risk management initiatives, focusing on improving capital efficiency, identifying profitable ventures, and minimising exposure to volatile sectors.
Review and enhance RoRWA modelling to optimise capital consumption, rebalance portfolios, and enable redeployment to higher-yielding segments.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business planning, financial analysis, or commercial banking.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Proficiency in data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and Excel for dashboard creation and performance tracking.
Experience in managing scorecards, KRAs, and performance frameworks.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across teams.
