- Keep deposited keys in good condition and follow key-lent procedures.
- Familiarize with all restaurants, locations and hours to direct guests efficiently.
- Assist guests in elevators and help select levels; assist around 10 guests at a time.
- Specially assist elderly, children and the disabled.
- Be alert for drunk or incapacitated individuals and monitor accompanying persons.
- Monitor for individuals engaging in pornography or other illegal activities.

- Pay attention to individuals who come in with empty hands or bags and leave with bags.
- Monitor the corridor of the 2F Banquet ballrooms and remind guests not to leave children to play along banisters.
- Follow patrol route and schedule, monitor personnel, hotel equipment, and fire/safety facilities.
- Report potential threats or discrepancies.
- Inspect key areas such as machine room, distribution room, kitchen, fire control corridor, storage areas, and firefighting equipment.
- Check that backend office doors are locked after team members leave; assist if needed.
- Inspect locker rooms and team restrooms; prohibit noise, gambling, smoking, and storage of inflammable/explosive items or strong odors.
- Manage issues encountered during duty and report promptly to the duty supervisor or Assistant Safety & Security Manager.
- Check fire facilities, fire security, and fire alarm systems; be familiar with first aid and fire emergency procedures.
