- 4 to 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the domestic express parcels transportation or service industry. A progressive and proven track record sales success.

The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Lead - B2B SaaS to lead the growth of our B2B SaaS solutions, focused on marketing and e-commerce enablement for brands, retailers and distributors operating on leading marketplaces such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and more.
You will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition and expanding strategic relationships with existing clients, leveraging your deep understanding of digital commerce, marketplace dynamics, and marketing technologies. Your ability to craft tailored, high-impact SaaS proposals will be key to helping brands scale effectively across Southeast Asia’s e-commerce ecosystem.
This is a strategic, high-visibility role that works closely with cross-functional teams across business development, product, and marketing—regionally.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and execute a robust go-to-market and client acquisition strategy aligned with company goals, targeting mid-to-large brands, retailers and distributors clients.
- Own the full B2B sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Provide timely feedback to product and leadership teams on customer needs, market shifts, and emerging trends to inform roadmap and strategy.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities using a structured and data-driven approach.
- Create compelling, customized value propositions that demonstrate how our SaaS solutions solve marketplace pain points—from marketing attribution to product visibility and performance optimization.
- Lead commercial discussions and contract negotiations with client-side senior stakeholders—brand directors, e-commerce leads, digital marketing managers, and platform partners.
- Maintain deep relationships across marketplace platforms and ecosystem enablers to identify co-selling, co-marketing, and integration opportunities.
- Continuously identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services and modules across existing Intrepid accounts.
- Represent the company at key e-commerce and marketing tech events to strengthen our network, stay ahead of market trends, and enhance brand visibility.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 6+ years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, or related roles - preferably in B2B SaaS, martech, or e-commerce tech (ERP, OMS, CX, Store Ops, Inventory mgmt etc).
- Strong track record in acquiring and growing enterprise accounts, ideally within the marketplace or retail e-commerce space.
- Deep understanding of Southeast Asia’s marketplace ecosystem (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.), and how brands grow across these platforms.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence key decision-makers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute the B2B sales strategy to achieve GMV and profitability targets.
- Define partner segmentation, MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) policies, rebate structures, and credit terms.
- Build annual business plans, sales forecasts, and budgets.
Partnership Management
- Acquire and onboard new travel agency partners nationwide.
- Negotiate agreements, set performance tiers, and monitor compliance with our policies.
- Lead quarterly business reviews with top partners.
- Manage and coach 5 Regional Sales Managers + support team (quotations, partner success, finance).
- Establish KPIs, conduct regular performance reviews, and build a high-performance culture.

Create and manage an editorial calendar to ensure timely content delivery across digital platforms, maintaining brand voice and style consistency. Market Analysis:
Stay informed about industry trends, market insights, and competitor activities to inform content development and identify opportunities for improvement. Collaboration & Optimization:
Collaborate with the marketing team and other stakeholders to optimize content, messaging, and advertising campaigns. Oversee the creation of visually appealing and multimedia-rich content assets. Quality Assurance:
Proofread content for English grammar and ensure all content aligns with brand messaging guidelines. Brand Voice:
Contribute to maintaining the brand's tone of voice, ensuring that all copy is fact-based, rooted in scientific principles, and highlights clear consumer benefits. Skills/Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Native-level fluency in English, both written and verbal. Strong understanding of business-to-business (B2B) marketing practices. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and knowledge of content management systems (CMS) like WordPress. Bonus: Experience with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva. - Candidate must possess at least an Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field.

We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment . Responsibility
- New Business Acquisition & Sales Growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, proactively engaging potential clients.
- Drive lead generation and qualification through strategic outreach and follow-ups.
- Convert high-potential prospects into long-term revenue-generating accounts.
- Implement effective sales strategies to capture competitor business and expand market share.
- Conduct client meetings, sales presentations, and networking events to build strong relationships.
- Evaluate customer needs, develop tailored proposals, and negotiate contracts to secure new business.
- Maintain a structured and rigorous follow-up process to engage key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline lead management and conversion efforts.
- Customer Relationship Management & Retention
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to address client concerns and deliver seamless solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Foster long-term partnerships by continuously identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Proven track record in sales, business development, or account management.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a passion for hitting and exceeding targets.
- Ability to identify market trends, competitor activities, and sales opportunities.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a high-pressure environment.
- 4 to 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the domestic express parcels transportation or service industry. A progressive and proven track record sales success.
- Demonstrated customer service experience and excellent negotiation skills.
- Experience of logistics sales preferred
- Bachelor's degree is a must
- Excellent communication skills, spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
