A BDD (Individual Contributor) is a sales expert against customer problems/business needs. The BDD is responsible for accelerating time to value for our customers and supporting them in their cloud and digital transformation by aligning our solutions. Good technical understanding and the ability to transform our customers' challenges into commercial solutions. The BDD identifies, develops, and lands opportunities for defined portfolio elements in cooperation with the Account Management team. A highly motivated collaborator to hunt and win deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cloud (Azure), Modern Workplace, Data, and Application Services business growth in Malaysia.
- Accountable for growing new Cloud (Azure) and Application Services Opportunities along with Field Sales ensuring that the customers’ needs are met or exceeded.
- Drive the entire Sales Cycle from initial Customer Engagement till Contract Closing for new & existing customers.
- Establish relationships with new and existing customers and secure new business in the assigned portfolio element(s).
- Work with Account Managers to ensure that the overall account strategy and goals are followed and achieved.
- Maintain a very detailed level of relevant knowledge on the assigned portfolio element(s) in order to have meaningful and relevant conversations with customers and prospects.
- Work with Technical Architects / Practice Leaders to ensure that we design the right solutions for our customers.
- Work with Partners, i.e. Microsoft, to grow the services around Microsoft technology.
- Provide feedback to Account Management on ways to decrease the Sales Cycle, enhance Sales, and improve company brand and reputation.

Technical Qualifications:
- Able to articulate use cases of cloud transformation specific to the customer's industry and size and understand where the customer is on their journey.
- Engage with stakeholders from IT all the way to C-level, understand the Customers' business requirements & challenges, create an IT transformation roadmap covering (not limited to) Cloud services, modern workplace and position the right support model and articulate the business value of the offering.
- Position cloud Services & future workplace advisory and/or professional services to customer depending on their requirements.
- Articulate the importance and value of adoption and change management in customer journey towards increasing productivity. Understanding of the Microsoft 365 technologies and the role they play in enabling a secure and flexible workplace environment.
- 10+ years enterprise technology strategic sales/pre-sales experience with a good knowledge on selling cloud and digital transformation solutions, specifically around Microsoft Azure.

System Integration & Automation

Reporting & Documentation

Ensure all data usage aligns with the Credit Reporting Agencies Act 2010 and PDPA 2010. Data Quality & Accuracy Monitor, improve and execute data accuracy, consistency, and completeness through automated and manual quality checks. Lead root cause analysis for data errors or anomalies and implement corrective actions. Coordinate periodic data audits and cleansing initiatives. Team & Process Management Supervise and guide a team of data analysts or data operations executives. Develop work plans, KPIs, and schedules for efficient data workflow and delivery timelines. Collaborate with IT, compliance, and customer service teams on data-related issues or enhancements. System Integration & Automation Support the integration of new data sources or partners via APIs, SFTP, or batch processing. Drive automation of data pipelines, ETL (extract, transform, load) processes and data integration processesto collect data from different sources, clean and format it, and store it in a usable format in a data warehouse or database Create reporting tools to improve operational efficiency. Reporting & Documentation Generate operational and exception reports for internal use and regulatory compliance. Ensure timely submission of statutory reports and maintain data traceability and audit trails. Prepare presentations and dashboards for management review. Perform any other duties and responsibilities from time to time. Collaborate with all cross-functional teams to ensure that objectives and deliverables are achieved in a timely manner. Manage and monitor direct reports / special projects / initiatives in various areas by establishing objectives and following up. Prepare detailed reporting and metrics using verified data. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or related field. Postgraduate qualifications or professional certifications such as Six Sigma, ISO 27001, or Data Governance are considered an added advantage. At least 5–8 years of experience in data operations or management, including 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Experience in credit reporting, financial services, or regulatory environments is preferred. Strong understanding of data architecture, ETL tools, and data quality frameworks. Proficient in SQL, Python, Excel, Power BI, or similar tools. Familiar with credit data (CCRIS, Trade Credit Reference, SSM, Litigation), bankruptcy records (JIM), and KYC/eKYC processes. High attention to detail with structured, process-driven thinking. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Position Overview
We are currently accepting applications for the role of Data Management Consultant to build a pool of qualified candidates for future consulting opportunities. Key Responsibilities Examples
Collaborate with clients to assess their data management needs and develop actionable strategies. Design, implement, and optimize data management processes and systems. Ensure data quality and integrity through effective data governance practices. Analyze and interpret complex data sets, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Train and support client teams on best practices in data management.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in data management, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in data management consulting, data governance, or relevant roles. Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools and software. Excellent problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with clients and teams.
