- Develop and lead various functional teams, including warehouse staff, inhouse logistics, SCM sourcing and planning guided by R&S values
- Plan and coordinate logistics operations, encompassing transportation, distribution, warehousing, inventory management, and order fulfillment, to consistently meet customer requirements and delivery schedules
- Contribute to the execution of SCM sourcing and planning activities, including supplier coordination, production scheduling, and demand alignment, to optimize material flow and resource utilization

**_Colgate_** **_Supply Chain Management Trainee Program_** is an **_18- 24 months_** development program crafted for high potential young graduates, equipping you with professional and leadership skills needed for you to chart your way to an exciting career with us!

PURPOSE OF THE JOB
This role is responsible for delivering high quality customer service to support our growth and Toll’s customer experience. This role is responsible for the delivery of high-quality customer service to drive customer satisfaction, customer retention and through that overall business success.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support refugee clients, and their families to understand the service scope and case life cycle including the management of, and attendance at, critical service appointments.
- Provide direct, in-person support at service appointments as required, including medical examinations and airport departures.
- Work alongside the Logistics Coordinator as a member of the logistics team in Malaysia and support the Logistics Coordinator with host country government agency interface, specifically the Malaysian Immigration Department to facilitate and support our clients with local regulatory requirements, including the exit permit applications.
- Attendance at the Australian High Commission in Kuala Lumpur to take possession of IMMI Cards when the Logistics Coordinator is not available and to ensure these are safely held and distributed to assigned refugees prior to travel to Australia.
- Partner with suppliers and subcontractors in Malaysia to ensure the services provided are of the highest standard and in line with contractual requirements.
- Collaborate. communicate and coordinate with a remote team of case managers.
Previous Work Experience & Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field such as supply chain management, humanitarian logistics, business development, or leadership.
- Advanced use of the MS Office Suite, in particular Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to work flexible hours recognizing that some services may be delivered outside of regular business hours (essentially Airport related activities).
- You will be a motivated professional, fluent in English and Malay (written and verbal) with a strong ability to form effective working relationships and to deliver high performance outcomes. Ability to speak a language/s of the refugee populations that we work with is desirable.
- Be a strategic thinker who is solutions focused with the ability to problem solve situations at short notice.
- Full Driver’s License and a desire to provide exemplary support and assistance to our clients.
