Job Description
Act as the touchpoint of contact between customers and the service department.
Provide professional advice on service and repair options for vehicles.
Create accurate service estimates and assist with the scheduling of service appointments.
Coordinate the repair and maintenance process between customers and technicians.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
Ensure all customer vehicles are serviced accordingly.
Maintain accurate records of customer services, parts, and labor charges.
Academic Requirements:
Minimum SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) or Diploma in Automotive Engineering or a related field.
Additional certifications in automotive service or customer service are an advantage.
Required Experience:
At least 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar role in the automotive industry.
Strong knowledge of automotive repair processes and services.
Proficiency in using automotive service software and systems.
Excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions quickly.
Ability to work collaboratively with a team of technicians and service personnel.

- Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of automotive repair, diagnostics, and workshop operations. Familiar with service management systems.
- Leadership:
Proven team management, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities. Able to lead technicians and service advisors effectively.
- Communication:
Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia. Capable of handling customers and resolving complaints professionally.
- Organization:
Strong planning, multitasking, and reporting skills. Experienced in warranty processes, insurance claims, and service campaign management.
