Job Responsibilities:
  1. To source for new customers both indoor (showroom) and outdoor, and carry out all sales duties in a fully professional manner.
  2. To update the Sales Manager with daily sales and activities reports, including prospects list.
  3. To follow up and close sales with prospective customers.
  4. To compile complete documentation for loan applications and vehicle registration.
  5. To follow up on loan approvals for each vehicle submitted with the respective bank.
  6. To coordinate regularly with the body builder contractor on the construction of the vehicle body.
  7. To upgrade product knowledge constantly and monitor market conditions.
  8. To perform showroom duties as assigned by the Sales Manager, adhering to the duty roster unless prior permission is obtained.
  9. To hand over the customer's vehicle when ready and explain warranty and all service-related activities.
  10. To achieve a sales target of a minimum of 2 units per month, regardless of model.
  11. To follow up with existing customers for additional sales, maintenance services, and insurance policies.
  12. To perform other duties as required by your superior.
Requirements:
  1. Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  2. Basic salary of RM1,500 per month, excluding sales commissions.

Work schedule: Day shift 10-10 only, 5 days per week, 8 working hour+1 hour lunch break per day
Working Hours: 24/7, 5 days per week, 8 working hour +1 hour lunch break per day

Compensation and Benefits:
Basic: RM 4000 - 4700 based on working experience and interview performance,
Sales incentive: 20% from base pay

Key Responsibilities:
An Inside Sales Representative, or Salesperson sells products and services online or in a store
or office environment. Their primary duties include understanding the customers’ needs,
identifying new sales opportunities through calls and emails and helping Sales Executives close
sales deals.

Inside Sales Representatives communicate with customers to understand their needs and
generate new leads. Other duties and responsibilities of Inside Sales Representatives include:

● Developing new sales opportunities using outbound cold emails, cold calls and lead
follow-ups
● Communicating with customers to understand their needs and requirements and identify
sales opportunities
● Answering customers’ questions, resolving their concerns and providing additional
information via calls and emails
● Explaining and demonstrating the functions and features of products and services

Required Qualifications:
Completed SPM, UEC, or IGCSE certificates.
Malaysian that can speak in fluent Hokkien and basic English, as staff will support Taiwan Market
6 Months outbound experience (which means CS outbound, BPO, is acceptable)
Must be able to type in traditional mandarin
English interview will be included since computer interface is in English
Must be able to commit to shift
