- To source for new customers both indoor (showroom) and outdoor, and carry out all sales duties in a fully professional manner.
- To update the Sales Manager with daily sales and activities reports, including prospects list.
- To follow up and close sales with prospective customers.
- To compile complete documentation for loan applications and vehicle registration.
- To follow up on loan approvals for each vehicle submitted with the respective bank.
- To coordinate regularly with the body builder contractor on the construction of the vehicle body.
- To upgrade product knowledge constantly and monitor market conditions.
- To perform showroom duties as assigned by the Sales Manager, adhering to the duty roster unless prior permission is obtained.
- To hand over the customer's vehicle when ready and explain warranty and all service-related activities.
- To achieve a sales target of a minimum of 2 units per month, regardless of model.
- To follow up with existing customers for additional sales, maintenance services, and insurance policies.
- To perform other duties as required by your superior.
- Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.
