YOUR TASKS
- Coordinate with Project Managers to develop and design mechanical components and complex assemblies based on product concept, prototyping and customers specification.
- Able to work independently on various projects for equipment design, piping design, plant engineering and space management.
- To carry out design calculation, create designs / drawing documentation which meet customer requirements and specifications and the relevant standards and regulations.
- Modification and redesign of existing systems including update of construction/production drawings, parts lists and documentation.
- Familiar with 2D & 3D drafting using CAD 2D/3D software (Autodesk Inventor), and change management of CAD components and libraries.
- To interface and coordinate with internal and external parties such as sub-con partners regarding vendor component, machining works and others drawings.
- Always incorporate design optimizations for all design and drawing.
- To comply with software development workflow process and documentation & maintain proper design documentation according to company and project specific standards.
- To prepare project design documents for Project Manager‘s approval and release to production for manufacturing, assembly and engineering works.
- To prepare and compile all the design drawing documentation for submittals to customer.
- To prepare design presentation and decision documents for various committees if required.
- Must be able to meet the project deliverable and schedule as imposed by management.
- Excellent knowledge of national and international standards and regulations (e.g. Semi, AD2000, EU, PED, ATEX).
- Self-motivated with ability to interact and communicate.
YOUR PROFILE
- Candidate must possess at minimum a Diploma or Associates Degree from an accredited polytechnic school, college, or university.
- At least 1-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, 2D/3D modelling and precision measuring tools.
- Possess good verbal and written communication in English.
- Able to work with minimum supervision.

- Must have a strong background and hands-on experience in semiconductor device reliability tests and procedures, including HTOL, THB, HTRB, HALT, TC, and various accelerated lifetime tests. Preferably, experience with ESD HBM, ESD CDM, and Latch-up Test.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive reliability standards (AEC).
- Candidates that have experience with high voltage products with GaN, SiC, and other semiconductor power devices will be given preference.
- Hands-on with Reliability hardware and system level troubleshooting, ATE data review, and Statistical analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, with a track record of producing detailed reports and presenting technical data to cross-functional teams.
