Job Description
  • Lead and oversee the QA processes for multiple projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables within tight timelines.

  • Analyze and evaluate current business processes within the freight forwarding operations.
  • Identify areas for process improvements and develop engineering solutions to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement streamlined processes across all business functions.

Role & Responsibilities

Process Engineering and Improvement

  • Analyze and evaluate current business processes within the freight forwarding operations.
  • Identify areas for process improvements and develop engineering solutions to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement streamlined processes across all business functions.

Development of Logistic Solutions

  • Continuously develop and propose new logistic solutions to address legacy issues.
  • Introduce and integrate new systems and tools to enhance operational capabilities.
  • Monitor and assess the impact of implemented solutions to ensure they meet business goals and improve performance.

RPA Development and Implementation

  • Design, develop, and implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) projects using UiPath.
  • Automate key and critical business processes, focusing on high-volume processing tasks.
  • Ensure RPA projects result in substantial productivity savings, aiming for significant reductions in manual effort and time.

Project Management

  • Lead and manage process improvement projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones, ensuring timely delivery of project objectives.
  • Communicate project progress, challenges, and results to stakeholders and senior management.

Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Perform data analysis to identify process inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to track the performance of implemented processes and RPA solutions.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making.

Training And Support

  • Train and support team members and end-users on new processes and RPA tools.
  • Develop training materials and documentation for implemented solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support to ensure smooth adoption and operation of new systems and processes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Process Analyst or similar role in the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
  • Strong experience with UiPath and RPA project development and implementation.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in process mapping and engineering tools.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
