Role Summary The Executive – RPA Developer will play a key role in the analysis, design, development, and implementation of RPA and Lark workflow automations as well as support. This individual will be responsible for managing end-to-end automation lifecycle projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Key Responsibilities Execute RPA and workflow automation initiatives using tools like UiPath / Automation Anywhere / Power Automate / Aka Bot / Lark. Assist in the collaboration with business units to identify automation opportunities through process assessment and feasibility analysis as part of ITPAO demand initiative. Design optimized and scalable automation workflows aligned to business rules and compliance standards. Ability to manage project timeline and provide accurate progress update to the ITPAO Manager. Conduct testing (SIT & UAT) by coordinating with the users, and ensure bot stability post-deployment. Monitor bot performance and address production incidents or process failures, and log these incidents into the issue log accordingly. Ability to document Process Requirement Documentation (PRD), Process Definition Document (PDD), architecture diagrams, and all related documentations. Ability to conduct basic troubleshooting whenever production issue arises. Maintain reusable RPA components and templates. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 0-2 years of hands-on RPA experience, including end-to-end implementation. Familiar in at least one RPA platform (UiPath / AA / Power Automate / Aka Bot / Lark). Basic understanding of programming concepts. Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced automation team. Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills. Certification in RPA tools is a plus.

DKSH Job Summary The primary responsibility of this role is to design, implement, and optimize Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions for the organization. This involves liaising with business users to gather requirements, capturing as-is processes, and mapping to-be process visions. The role requires identifying automation blockers and enablers and effectively communicating them to stakeholders. A strong technical acumen and keen attention to business processes are essential. Additionally, the role is responsible for producing Process Definition Documents (PDDs)—detailed process maps at the keystroke level—to facilitate seamless transition into the development and testing stages.

Key Responsibilities

Business Process Analysis & Automation Design:

Conduct business system analysis and define project requirements. Work closely with stakeholders to develop functional and technical specifications. Organize workshops to analyze end-to-end business processes, identifying automation opportunities and roadblocks. Assist in writing User Acceptance Test (UAT) scenarios and participate in System Integration Testing (SIT).

Process Optimization & Stakeholder Engagement:

Calculate automation percentage and Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) benefits to build effort estimates. Present key findings to business users and guide them through the to-be design of automated processes. Assess risks, assumptions, and dependencies for each automated process. Work closely with the development team to ensure requirements are accurately translated into automation solutions.

Project Management & Delivery Support:

Lead multiple RPA projects simultaneously, ensuring efficient prioritization of tasks. Provide decision support for business KPIs and execute targeted programs. Assist in various data reporting and analysis tasks to support ongoing projects. Maintain accurate documentation and provide regular updates to management. Ensure reports are delivered with accuracy and within agreed timelines.

Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills:

Hands-on experience with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, NICE, Automation Anywhere). Strong understanding of workflow-based logic and automation methodologies. Familiarity with machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) is an advantage. Experience with Lean Six Sigma is a plus.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication skills—ability to gather detailed requirements and convey technical concepts effectively. Strong critical thinking and analytical problem-solving abilities. Effective time management and ability to handle multiple projects. Strong leadership and project management skills. Self-motivated, adaptable, and proactive in decision-making.

Experience & Education:

3-5 years of experience in Business Process Analysis. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a Technical discipline.

As a Test Automation Engineer, you will be part of The Application Landscape Management Team. Your key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Gather business requirements and translate them into a technical solution.
• Design, develop, and execute the test automation scripts.
• Actively resolve and improve test automation passing rate to establish long-term solutions.
• Keep up to date with the latest industry developments in Enterprise test automation.
• Work closely with team members to build automated test suites to verify the quality, security, and scalability.

The Product Owner will guide you to understand our existing test automation framework and development guidelines and support you in collaborating with the stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Development, Computer Science or related technical discipline with a Cumulative Grade Point Average > 3.0.
• Proficient with any common programming languages and debugging skills.
• A good understanding of the fundamentals of Software Testing methodologies and strong knowledge of any Test Automation frameworks, especially Tricentis Tosca, is an advantage.
• Ensure high quality of deliverables while enforcing test automation design best practices.
• Practical experience in Agile Software Development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban is an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and well-balanced, adaptive communication style; ability to explain complex topics in simple terms.
• To be very passionate about learning new things, regardless of challenges.
• To have strong structural, analytical, and critical thinking
• Fluent in English (verbally and written).

Job Purposes

Job Requirements

• Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science / Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Test Automation Engineer or in a similar role.
• Preferably at least 2 - 3 years of related working experience, or in Software Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of automation tools (e.g. TestNG, Playwright, Pytest, Katalon, Cypress, Selenium, Appium, JUnit, etc.)
• Expertise in at least 2 key areas of testing - web, mobile, API/backend, security, performance.
• Proficient in programming languages (e.g. Java, Python, C, C#, etc) and SQL queries.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g. Bitucket, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).
• Fintech Banking, Financial Institutions, Cards & Payments, and IT Industry.
• Familiarity with Moden Tech Stack and Agile development methodologies.
• Strong understanding of Software Development, Soreware Testing methodologies and principle, Competencies & Skills.
• Good communication skills in English language for both spoken and written

We are looking for a passionate Test Automation Engineer with at least 8+ years of experience to join one of our strategic IT locations: PJ, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and work closely with many other colleagues from HILTI globally. As a Test Automation Engineer, you will be part of The Application Landscape Management Team. Your key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Gather business requirements and translate them into a technical solution. Design, develop, and execute the test automation scripts. Actively resolve and improve test automation passing rate to establish long-term solutions. Keep up to date with the latest industry developments in Enterprise test automation. Work closely with team members to build automated test suites to verify the quality, security, and scalability. The Product Owner will guide you to understand our existing test automation framework and development guidelines and support you in collaborating with the stakeholders.

Your contribution will ensure the quality of our IT systems and deliver tangible values to Hilti Business now and in the future. Therefore, we are focusing on building the in-house Test Automation expertise, and here we want you to grow your career with us and be part of our exciting journey!

This role provides a unique opportunity to work on multiple test automation frameworks, manage test automation suites as a product, and work closely with stakeholders. You should possess good teamwork skills, a high level of coordination skills, and confidence in front of stakeholders.

What you need is:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Development, Computer Science or related technical discipline with a Cumulative Grade Point Average > 3.0. Proficient with any common programming languages and debugging skills. A good understanding of the fundamentals of Software Testing methodologies and strong knowledge of any Test Automation frameworks, especially Tricentis Tosca, is an advantage. Ensure high quality of deliverables while enforcing test automation design best practices. Practical experience in Agile Software Development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban is an advantage. Excellent interpersonal skills and well-balanced, adaptive communication style; ability to explain complex topics in simple terms. • Collaborate closely with development teams to understand new features, define testing requirements, and ensure testability.
• Execute automated test suites, analyse test results, and verify application behaviour against expected outcomes, including screen functionality and database validations.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of test frameworks and processes.
• Identify opportunities for enhanced automation and lead implementation efforts to optimize testing efforts.
