Wasion Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was established in September 2013 as the business platform company of Hong Kong-listed Wasion Holdings Limited (HK3393) for its "Source, Grid, Load, Storage" development strategy. The company is primarily engaged in the R&D,production, and sales of smart power distribution equipment, new energy storage systems, and charging/swapping equipment, while also providing customers with new energy power station system solutions.
WeYoung is the manufacturing facility of Wasion Energy in Malaysia, is a low-voltage power distribution shelter manufacturing facility located in Kulai. We currently maintain stable production orders. By August, we'll have approximately 100 staff onsite (including both Chinese and other countries workers).
Job Description
1、Be responsible for the preparation and submission for approval of quality documentation for Prefabricated Data Center Module products, including quality procedure documents, quality specifications, quality inspection standards.
2、Complete various qualification certifications in accordance with market access requirements and client demands.
3、Develop inspection standards and inspection specifications for raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products based on product design requirements, technical specifications, and customer quality requirements.
4、Conduct quality monitoring of raw materials and components supplied by vendors. Regularly perform statistical analysis of vendor product quality, promptly feedback quality issues, and request corrective actions.
5、Identify, isolate, and record quality issues discovered during inspections. Organize relevant departments to investigate and analyze quality issues to determine the causes and assign responsibilities.
Qualifications:
1、Diploma or Degree in Quality Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
2、Accepting Malaysia or Indonesia as the work location.
Experience: At least 2 Year(s) of experience in quality management for Data Center Module, medium and low voltage electrical products or other related products.
Language: Mandarin can be used as a working language; Have the ability to effectively communicate with colleagues from diverse nationalities and backgrounds.

We’re looking for a capable and grounded Compliance Assurance Professional to join our Group Compliance team. This is a key role based in Singapore , responsible for leading and executing our compliance assurance and testing program across Malaysia, Singapore, and the Philippines .
This role is designed for a mid-career professional who brings real-world experience in compliance assurance and is confident enough to work independently. Unlike other compliance functions that support specific business teams or regulatory submissions, this role operates with greater independence—you’ll be setting your own schedule, defining your own testing plans, and deciding where to dig deeper based on risk and judgement.
You’ll report directly to the Group Head of Compliance , and work with a wide range of stakeholders to evaluate and strengthen the effectiveness of our compliance framework. It’s an ideal opportunity for someone who values impact over visibility and wants the space to do meaningful work without unnecessary bureaucracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the compliance assurance and testing program across Malaysia, Singapore, and the Philippines
- Define your own assurance priorities and schedule, based on risk and business realities
- Conduct targeted compliance reviews, thematic testing, and walkthroughs to assess the effectiveness of controls
- Develop smart test plans and sampling strategies tailored to the context—not just templates
- Write clear, concise, and actionable reports that help business and control teams improve
- Monitor progress and ensure that remediation of identified issues is followed through to closure
- Maintain internal tracking tools, risk-control matrices, and dashboards to support transparency and oversight
- Stay on top of regulatory changes and emerging risks, and refine your assurance approach accordingly
- Work closely with the Group Head of Compliance to build a thoughtful, high-performing assurance function
- Partner with legal, risk, operations, and product teams—serving as a constructive, independent voice
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Law, Finance, Business, or related discipline
- 5–8 years of solid hands-on experience in compliance assurance, testing, or internal audit in financial services
- Familiarity with compliance requirements in at least two of: Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, with readiness to cover all three
- Proven ability to run reviews independently—from risk scoping and fieldwork to issue tracking and reporting
- Strong writing, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Naturally curious, with an enquiring mind and a healthy skepticism
- High level of integrity and independence—able to give objective advice, even when it’s uncomfortable
- Comfortable operating with autonomy, setting your own work plans and managing competing priorities
- Low ego, dependable, and practical—you do the work well because you care, not because you want attention
- Experience in fintech, BNPL, digital lending, or tech-enabled financial services is essential
- Experience building or revamping a compliance assurance or testing function
- Knowledge of regulatory expectations, including but not limited to, MAS, BNM, SEC and BSP
- Familiarity with internal control frameworks (e.g., COSO, Three Lines of Defense)
- Regional experience across multiple jurisdictions
- Clear communicator with a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset
- Able to communicate in Chinese to collaborate with internal stakeholders due to regional coverage.

In addition to assurance-related engagements such as financial attestation and ISAE 3402 engagements,you will focus on IT governance and effectiveness; IT program management and assurance; security andcontrols of ERP implementations; and business intelligence and information analysis. As a Manager within the Technology Risk team, you will provide guidance and share knowledge withteam members and participate in performing procedures especially focusing on complex, judgmentaland/or specialized issues. You will work with the team and the client to create plans for accomplishing engagement objectives and astrategy that complies with professional standards and addresses the risks inherent in the engagement. Your key responsibilities • Brief the engagement team on the client's IT environment and industry IT trends • Maintain relationships with client management to manage expectations of service, including workproducts, timing, and deliverables • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of complex information systems and apply it to clientsituations • Use extensive knowledge of the client's business/industry to identify technological developmentsand evaluate impacts on the client's business • Demonstrate excellent project management skills, inspire teamwork and responsibility withengagement team members • Use current technology/tools to enhance the effectiveness of deliverables and services Skills and attributes for success • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong drive to excel professionally, and to guide and motivate others • Advanced written and verbal communication skills • Dedicated, innovative, resourceful, and able to work under pressure • Foster an efficient, innovative and team-oriented work environment To qualify for the role you must have • A recognized university degree in accounting, business, information technology, engineering,mathematics or other relevant discipline • At least 5 years of relevant IT audit, consulting or industry experience, preferably in a professionalservices environment or MNC. • Significant experience in having applied relevant technical knowledge in at least one of the followingengagements: (a) financial statement audits; (b) internal or operational audits; (c) ISAE 3402 engagements; (d) ERP security and controls reviews (Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft) (e) SOX integrated audits and/or (f) application of data analytics for business process reviews (e.g., ACL, IDEAL, SQL, Tableau,Spotfire) • Strong project management skills and able to manage a portfolio of engagements • Ability to identify and cross sell services within the firm to existing clientele Ideally, you should also have • Professional certification e.g. CPA, CA, CISA, CISSP, CISM, COBIT, ISMS, CBCP, CIA, CIPP,CGEIT, CIPM or CIPP certification or other related certifications • Experience in financial institutions (i.e. banking, insurance, wealth/asset management etc.) • Knowledge in central bank regulatory framework • Strong grasp of business and technical issues and industry trends What we look for Highly motivated individuals with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize shiftingworkloads in a rapidly changing industry.
