About the Role

As a Special Needs Education Teacher at Hi 5 SEN, you will play a key role in delivering structured and individualised learning programs tailored to children with developmental delays, autism, and learning difficulties. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to create inclusive, engaging, and goal-driven classroom experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and implement IEP-based lessons across academic, behavioural, and social domains
  • Adapt teaching methods to suit diverse learning profiles
  • Provide classroom management and emotional support to students
  • Collaborate with therapists and parents on student progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year experience in teaching children with special needs (PPKI experience is a plus)
  • Familiar with IEPs, differentiated instruction, and inclusive practices
  • Excellent classroom and behavioural management skills
