1. To enforce SOP, control and manage the efficient running of the 1kg production lines in working shifts to meet daily target set by management.

2. To plan, schedule and enforce autonomous maintenance, repairs & maintenance on machines to ensure optimum operation.

3. To support, liaise and coordinate with respective parties/departments for scheduled maintenance or sanitation works.

4. To promote the 5S culture within the department. Measure results, correct and guide employees in the importance of workplace organization and cleanliness.

5. To enforce Health & Safety work procedure and practices rules and are adhered to and where safety regulations require; the necessary PPE issued to workers in order to prevent unforeseen accident.

6. To ensure regulations, legislative and other procedures are complying with FSSC 22000, Machinery Department, GMP, etc., requirements to ensure their continuous renewals and no disruption to the business.

7. To monitor, review, audit and ensure all outputs are quality compliance and consistent to the correct blending formulation so as to avoid customer complaint.

8. To closely coordinate with the sanitation and maintenance department in planning the preventive maintenance and cleaning schedules so as to ensure non-disruption to the production output and the business as a whole.

9. To diligently and accurately record and monitor all production reports in order to achieve timely and useful production data.

10. To train and motivate subordinates to carry out routine and non-routine tasks in accordance with Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) to achieve operational effectiveness,

11. To perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by the management from time to time.

Job Description:

1. To arrange and ensure the right quantity and markings of the packing materials are met with the packing schedule from the head of the packing plant.
2. To ensure that the packed products are texturized perfectly in a hygienic condition.
3. Check from time to time that the correct lot numbers are stamped on the cartons.
4. Cross-checking and monitoring the packed products' weights hourly.
5. Ensure all packers are wearing the proper attire provided and comply with the HACCP requirements.
6. All waste, i.e., oils, cartons, and PE bags are to be kept to the very minimum.
7. To monitor and control daily process control parameters for the Packing Lines to ensure they operate at optimum condition.
8. To ensure the texture of the oil according to the specifications.
9. To fill up and complete the related worksheet and logbook with verified figures.
10. To ensure the operations are followed thoroughly as per stated in SOP.
11. To ensure packaging material is in good condition, such as cartons formed properly, plastic inserted properly, and no oil stains on cartons.
12. To attend to any troubleshooting and any abnormalities in the production lines.
13. To ensure the setting of machines in the packing lines is accurate and in good condition.
14. To ensure CCP such as metal detectors and polishing filters are in good condition.
15. To work closely with GNA Plant Operator if there is any quality problem with the product.
16. To ensure cleanliness and housekeeping in the clean room area.
17. Ensure work carried out is in acceptable engineering quality and complies with ISO9001, HACCP, FSCC, and OSHAS.
18. Required to perform any other additional duties the employer may assign to you or related to the issuance of a letter of appointment by the Management.
19. Required to attend and perform duties following working hours and location as decided by Management.

Job Requirement:

• Preferably with at least 3 years of relevant working experience in the refinery operations industry.
• Experienced in preparing reports.
• Preferably at least an intermediate user of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

1. Plan and execute sanitation and pest control programs to meet daily targets.
2. Identify and ensure that silos, machinery, and surroundings are free from infestation.
3. Encourage and advise the team to eliminate sightings of infestation.
4. Implement control measures and treatments as needed.
5. Communicate necessary information effectively to internal and external customers.
6. Coordinate with production and maintenance departments to plan preventive maintenance and cleaning schedules, ensuring no disruption to production.
7. Ensure compliance with regulations and procedures such as HACCP, GMP, and machinery safety requirements to prevent business disruptions.
8. Promote a safe workplace culture, ensuring adherence to safety procedures and proper PPE usage. Ensure staff are trained and licensed appropriately.
9. Foster a culture of 5S and GMP within the department, measuring results and guiding employees on workplace organization and cleanliness.
10. Perform any other tasks assigned by management.

• Diploma in Engineering (Agriculture Science, Agrotechnology, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent)
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in manufacturing or relevant industries

Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the team possesses a thorough knowledge of the company and products.
- Ensure that all Retail Assistants can effectively communicate product features and benefits and advise customers on fashion choices and matching.
- Maintain a positive attitude and motivate team spirit to achieve sales targets.
- Serve as a role model by consistently delivering excellent customer service and ensuring a good management presence at the store at all times.
- Implement and support effective retail operations functions and priorities by developing and tracking monthly, seasonal, and annual store plans.
- Maintain firm control over security risks to prevent potential theft or loss, and report to the company or authorities any further risks beyond the store’s capability.
- Evaluate weekly and monthly store key performance and sell-thru information to highlight customer behavior within the store area and provide the information to HQ as input towards decision-making.
- Conduct daily briefings to keep the team on track in delivering the weekly and monthly KPIs.
- Counteract competitor activity by adjusting store sales, visual merchandising, and marketing tactics.
- Ensure the store sales and inventory position is recorded and accurate in the POS system consistently.
- Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the store.
- Share new information (new product info, company, and service requirements) with team members to perform their duties effectively.
- Submit monthly individual punch card, overtime claims form, new hire job application form, medical, and other miscellaneous claims to the company for payroll processing.

- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Must have leadership skills and know-how to take initiative.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good coordination and administration skills.
- Service-oriented with high enthusiasm to serve.
- Able to work retail operational hours.
