JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Assist the Project Manager to manage and coordinate project activities from planning to completion, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
Prepare and manage project-related documentation, reports, correspondence, and filing systems.
Liaise with government agencies, consultants, and contractors to ensure regulatory compliance and approvals.
Monitor site work progress, assist in resolving technical issues, and support project execution on-site when required.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and company procedures.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, updates and project tracking activities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is preferred.
At-least 2 years of experience in project execution, engineering, or coordination roles.
Familiarity with government liaison processes and documentation handling.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in paperwork and project tracking.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD and project management tools is a plus.
Language : Bahasa Melayu, English and Chinese.
Preferably able to communicate in Chinese to liaise with targeted groups and stakeholders.

• Work closely with technical leads to manage project schedules, artifacts, and resources.
