Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience in Interior Design/Architecture field.
- Strong foundation in architectural work is required – must be able to understand and produce architectural drawings, layouts, and construction detailing.
- Basic skills in design software: Photoshop and any other software.
- Skills in AutoCAD, Sketchup and Enscape should be a mandatory skills required.
- Advance in Planner 5D, 3DMax and Chief Architect will be an additional advantage.
- Advanced skills in using industry-standard rendering tools; experienced in rendering for any projects is highly desirable.
- Must be able to present a portfolio showcasing successful interior architecture or architecture-based projects.
Tasks & Responsibilities:

- Develop mood boards, design concepts, and flyers to visually communicate project ideas.
- Prepare design proposals for land and property development projects.
- Attend client, internal and site meetings to present design works and concepts confidently.

- Remain flexible and adaptable to change when project requirements, client expectations, or budgets shift.
- Create renderings and video presentations using industry-standard software to support design proposals.
