In your new role you will:
- Significantly contributes to adapt & deploy global G2M strategy for the region, regional G2M activities on application level and feedback on customer / market acceptance of IFX solution offering
- Significantly contributes to ensure design-wins by supporting Sales and business development activities on application level
- Significantly contributes to deploy and adjust operative pricing guidelines / corridor on application level in the region
- Significantly contributes to manage quoting for IFX offering outside of pricing office limits in the region to capture value based mark up from an application value proposition
- Significantly contribute to provide guidance regarding regional market outlook and regional revenue forecast of IFX offering on application level (in commercialization phase) tied to regional application G2M strategy

WHAT YOU’LL CHAMPION:
Responsible for managing the lifecycle of assigned enterprise applications — from day-to-day support to influencing roadmap decisions.
Collaborate with Portfolio Managers, Product Owners, Engineering, Business Users, and Vendors to strategize, define, develop, and deliver technology solutions that solve real business problems.

WHO YOU ARE:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in application support or IT service management, with exposure to enterprise-grade platforms and tools.
Familiarity with product management practices and agile methodologies.
Hands-on experience in Jira, Confluence, and Google Workspace (Gsuite); experience in Oracle Fusion is a strong plus.
Solid understanding of SaaS/PaaS environments, APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (preferably Google Cloud Platform).
Technical proficiency in scripting (Python preferred) and working with RESTful APIs.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and resilient, with a proactive, ‘can-do’ attitude.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

The Cash Application and Receivables team works closely with Customer Service, Finance, Treasury, Account to Report, Trade or Global Business Unit and other front line teams
Main Responsibilities
Deliver cash application and receivables management services as per their respective Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Manage incoming payments
Perform clearing of AR, analyse discrepancies, execute securitization program and factoring
Address operational issues and follow through to resolution in an effective and timely manner
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Secure invoice booking & revenue recognition, perform AR monthly closing and reporting services to the in-scope activities within SBO perimeter as per their respective Service Level Agreements
Monitor SD/FI interface and ensure invoices are booked correctly
Generate & book non-Trade invoices
Ensure revenue recognition (Trade & non-Trade) and related accounting accruals
Analyse AR ageing reports, recommend bad debts reserves and post entries
Participate in month end closure activities: reconcile AR postings with GL, analyse & resolve discrepancies, post adjustment entries
Prepare month end and ad-hoc reports for revenue and AR analysis
Contribute to periodic reviews and definition of revenue recognition accounting scheme
Meet operational KPIs and compliance with Sanofi policies and guidelines
Contribute to Credit Committee and/or O2C Governance
About You
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business or equivalent
1+ years of relevant working experience in the Finance/Accounting sector or previous working experience in a shared services environment is an added advantage especially in a pharmaceutical environment
Working experience with SAP, specifically FICO is preferred, SAP Application Interface framework modules
Team player, able to work collaboratively transversally and with front line teams with an end-to-end mindset
Ability to interact with internal stakeholders in Australia time zone
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and expertise of MS Excel

The Cash Application and Receivables team works closely with Customer Service, Finance, Treasury, Account to Report, Trade or Global Business Unit and other front line teams
**Main Responsibilities**
+ Deliver cash application and receivables management services as per their respective Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
+ Manage incoming payments
+ Perform clearing of AR, analyse discrepancies, execute securitization program and factoring
+ Address operational issues and follow through to resolution in an effective and timely manner
+ Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
+ Secure invoice booking & revenue recognition, perform AR monthly closing and reporting services to the in-scope activities within SBO perimeter as per their respective Service Level Agreements
+ Monitor SD/FI interface and ensure invoices are booked correctly
+ Generate & book non-Trade invoices
+ Ensure revenue recognition (Trade & non-Trade) and related accounting accruals
+ Analyse AR ageing reports, recommend bad debts reserves and post entries
+ Participate in month end closure activities: reconcile AR postings with GL, analyse & resolve discrepancies, post adjustment entries
+ Prepare month end and ad-hoc reports for revenue and AR analysis
+ Contribute to periodic reviews and definition of revenue recognition accounting scheme
+ Meet operational KPIs and compliance with Sanofi policies and guidelines
+ Contribute to Credit Committee and/or O2C Governance
**_About You_**
+ Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business or equivalent
+ 1+ years of relevant working experience in the Finance/Accounting sector or previous working experience in a shared services environment is an added advantage especially in a pharmaceutical environment
+ Working experience with SAP, specifically FICO is preferred, SAP Application Interface framework modules
+ Team player, able to work collaboratively transversally and with front line teams with an end-to-end mindset
+ Ability to interact with internal stakeholders in Australia time zone
+ Knowledge of Microsoft Office and expertise of MS Excel
