Day-to-day, you will:
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of frontend developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence
Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and create individual development plans for team members to support growth, training, and career progression.
Ensure the team's well‑being, motivation, and engagement by fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions and encourage cross‑functional collaboration
Technical Oversight & Strategy
Provide technical guidance and code review for complex frontend implementations
Establish and maintain coding standards, best practices, and development workflows
Stay current with frontend technologies and evaluate new tools/frameworks for team adoption
Ensure technical solutions align with broader product and business objectives
Process Management & Delivery
Design and implement clear, efficient development processes that scale with team growth
Drive sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives using agile methodologies
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for processes, decisions, and technical architecture
Stakeholder Management
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and realistic timelines
Communicate technical concepts clearly to non‑technical stakeholders
Manage expectations and negotiate scope/timeline adjustments when necessary
Provide regular status updates and elevate risks proactively
Build strong relationships with Product, Design, and Backend teams
