Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the People Analytics team to analyze people data and provide insights that influence key business decisions.
- Utilize Workday Report Writer to create, modify, and analyze reports to support data-driven decision-making within HR.
- Prepare regular HR reports on key metrics such as headcount, turnover, recruitment, and diversity using tools like Power BI and Excel.
- Leverage Python for predictive analytics to forecast trends and improve workforce planning.
- Develop clear and effective data visualizations that make complex information accessible for stakeholders.
- Support data requests from requirement gathering to solution delivery, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Ensure data integrity by monitoring, cleaning, and maintaining the quality of data used for analysis and reporting.
- 2-3 years of experience in a data analysis or analytics role, with strong problem-solving skills.

Job Responsibilities
Strategic Analytics & Insights
- Lead the development of predictive and prescriptive analytics models to address complex workforce challenges (e.g.,
- Provide business and people insight and recommendations through metrics, reporting, and variance analysis coming from
- Translate business problems into analytical frameworks and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership by preparing,
external insights.
Data Governance & Infrastructure
- Collaborate with IT and HRIS teams to ensure data integrity, consistency, and security across HR systems.
- Define and implement data governance standards and best practices for people data.
- Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for continuous improvement
Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as a trusted advisor to HR Business Partners and senior leaders, providing consultative support on human capital
- Present findings and recommendations in a compelling, data-driven narrative tailored to executive audiences.
- Analyze and present relevant data in easy-to-understand format/dashboards or file automation to aid timely decision-making, provide insightful discoveries and recommendations, and optimize processes.
- Design and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and self-service tools using platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- Automate recurring reports and analytics processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Support the execution of people data requests, from requirement gathering to ideation to solution implementation.
- Coach HR team members in data literacy and analytics techniques.
- Lead education sessions and workshops to promote a data-informed HR culture.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Preferably 3-5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Practical knowledge in importing data for use in reports and dashboards. (eg. Excel, Alteryx Tableau, Power BI, Visier,
- Experience in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of data analytics and insights.
- Ability to prioritize and complete tasks.
