A day in the life.
  1. Understand business challenges and questions
  2. Explore data to find patterns and insights, providing recommendations and driving actions
  3. Build capability and ensure consistency of insight generation methodologies for Business Analysts in category/ function
  4. Enhance visual outputs and light statistical models leveraging global and local data assets, including machine learning capabilities
  5. Maintain last mile reporting applications or local data assets
  6. Curate local data assets in cataloguing tools
  7. Develop exploratory use cases and coordinate with Global hub for scaling
  8. Deliver analytics solutions
  9. Use analytical techniques to improve customer and consumer experience, generate revenue, increase margins, and reduce operational costs
  10. Leverage industrialized analytical models to increase efficiency
  11. Support partners in delivering end-to-end business solutions
  12. Communicate analytical outputs clearly using visualization techniques
  13. Support KPI/PPI discussions based on analytical results

  15. Evaluate automation versus manual intervention costs in analytical processes

What will make you successful
  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields
  2. Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)
  3. Proficiency in programming languages (Python, R, etc.)
  4. Experience with data visualization/BI tools (e.g., MS Power BI)
  5. Experience developing light analytical models for business problems
  6. Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and statistical methods (regression, clustering, decision trees, neural networks, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the People Analytics team to analyze people data and provide insights that influence key business decisions.
  • Utilize Workday Report Writer to create, modify, and analyze reports to support data-driven decision-making within HR.
  • Prepare regular HR reports on key metrics such as headcount, turnover, recruitment, and diversity using tools like Power BI and Excel.
  • Leverage Python for predictive analytics to forecast trends and improve workforce planning.
  • Develop clear and effective data visualizations that make complex information accessible for stakeholders.
  • Support data requests from requirement gathering to solution delivery, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Ensure data integrity by monitoring, cleaning, and maintaining the quality of data used for analysis and reporting.

Requirement

  • 2-3 years of experience in a data analysis or analytics role, with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Excel, Python, SQL, and Power BI.
  • Experience with Workday Report Writer is preferred: Ability to generate and modify reports in Workday to support workforce planning and HR decision-making.
  • Knowledge of HR processes is a plus but not essential.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present data clearly and concisely to non-technical audiences.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to working with sensitive and confidential data responsibly.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt to new tools and technologies, and a "get things done" mindset.

Job Responsibilities

Strategic Analytics & Insights

  • Lead the development of predictive and prescriptive analytics models to address complex workforce challenges (e.g.,

Human Capital Planning, attrition, engagement, DEI, performance).

  • Provide business and people insight and recommendations through metrics, reporting, and variance analysis coming from

in-depth analysis.

  • Translate business problems into analytical frameworks and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership by preparing,

developing, and analyzing reports and insights through data storytelling on key people priorities using both internal and

external insights.

Data Governance & Infrastructure

  • Collaborate with IT and HRIS teams to ensure data integrity, consistency, and security across HR systems.
  • Define and implement data governance standards and best practices for people data.
  • Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for continuous improvement

or further leveraging these systems within HR.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to HR Business Partners and senior leaders, providing consultative support on human capital

planning, engagement and culture, talent management, and organizational design.

  • Present findings and recommendations in a compelling, data-driven narrative tailored to executive audiences.

Tool Development & Automation

  • Analyze and present relevant data in easy-to-understand format/dashboards or file automation to aid timely decision-making, provide insightful discoveries and recommendations, and optimize processes.
  • Design and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and self-service tools using platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
  • Automate recurring reports and analytics processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Support the execution of people data requests, from requirement gathering to ideation to solution implementation.

Capability Building

  • Coach HR team members in data literacy and analytics techniques.
  • Lead education sessions and workshops to promote a data-informed HR culture.

Required Knowledge & Skills And/or Related Experience

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Preferably 3-5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Practical knowledge in importing data for use in reports and dashboards. (eg. Excel, Alteryx Tableau, Power BI, Visier,

pivots and formulas, graphs, and flow charts)

  • Experience in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of data analytics and insights.
  • Ability to prioritize and complete tasks.
  • Flexible and adaptable to various business models and projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the supporting market
