Get to Know the Role
- You will report directly to the Head of Operational Excellence, playing a key role in supporting the Performance Management Team by facilitating sessions and delivering insightful presentations on performance metrics for the Grab Regional team. In addition to driving discussions on operational performance, you will coordinate cross-functional strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment across teams and contributing to the successful execution of organizational goals.
- You will provide a unique opportunity to collaborate with senior executives, participating in high-level strategy development and brainstorming to shape the future direction of the organization.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- You will support planning and analysis of high-impact strategic plans, including conducting research and data analysis, identifying issues and solutions, and advising on practical implementation.
- You will provide executional and project management support for strategic plans and support strategic discussions with external partners.
- You will update senior management across multiple businesses on OKRS.
- You will deep dive into Net Promoter Score data and provide findings to Senior Management.

Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- You have academic background with a degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or Management.
- You have 4 years of experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence, Management Consulting, or Strategy roles, preferably within the tech industry.
- Proficiency in SQL, with a foundational understanding of Python or R.
- Demonstrated problem-solving expertise, coupled with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to effectively collaborate across all organizational levels.

What you will do
The Business Analytics & Insights Manager will drive the commercial insights, forecasting and analytics efforts for several inline and pipeline products in the SEA (South East Asia) region with key focus on Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand, Malaysia.

Job Responsibilities
Drive Commercial Insights and forecasting activities for key Brands in SEA region including primary market research, secondary analytics, short and long-term product forecasts, and brand performance tracking.
Address business issues and opportunities through relevant analytical approaches
Provide an objective and rigorous point of view to sales forecasting and product performance while collaborating with relevant functions (commercial, medical, V&A, regulatory, etc)
Drive brand specific performance management in JAPAC; ensure that marketing assumptions are appropriately linked to sales performance metrics and targets
Implement primary market research projects, understanding the needs of the Global Brand team and affiliates and contributing to building the SEA insight generation plan required to meet those needs
Work to translate the primary market research findings into actionable insights and be able to influence the team’s decision making accordingly

3+ years of experience in data analytics and business intelligence
Familiar with data visualization tools Experience in programming or analytic tools such as SQL, Python, Jupyter Notebooks,etc.
Familiar with navigating data warehouses like BigQuery, Snowflake, etc.
Familiar with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Google Data Studio/Looker Studio, PowerBI, etc.

In this role, you will be a key supporting figure for our marketing and business development teams, conducting analysis to support business decisions, setting up performance monitoring dashboards, and providing critical insights to enable our teams to make better data-driven decisions. Job Summary
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting - Develop automation dashboards with effective data visualization, ensure data accuracy and propose enhancements of reporting efficiency
• Sales Forecasting - Analyse and review historical data and identify spikes and recurring patterns.
• Sales and stock planning - have deep understanding by product and coordinate with nationwide team on stock allocation and sales plans
• Campaign & Program Planning Support - Provide pre-campaign forecasts and post-campaign performances to measure effectiveness and future improvements
• Data Analysis & Insights - Prepaid daily flash report, weekly sales performance decks, month end review for management and recommendations insights
• Sales Support - Provide sales operations and administration to internal and external team
About You
• At least 3 years of related working experience
• Proven experienced in Excel, Python, Power BI/Tableau with Strong analytical capabilities
• High detail-oriented and data accuracy focused
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
• Proactive problem-solving mindset for operational issue resolution
• Advanced Excel knowledge and Power BI proficiency on data modelling and visualization
