To develop and implement event plans for in-store promotions, product launches, seasonal events and special functions. To coordinate all aspects of event execution, including scheduling, logistics and staff assignment. Develop and manage event budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring that events are executed within financial constraints. Conduct post-event evaluations to assess success, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Solid understanding of P&L management and experience in executing strategies to drive sales growth.
- Proactive, resourceful, and hands-on, with strong ownership of results.
- Proficiency in English, Chinese, and Malay is preferred to effectively liaise with diverse staff and customers.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with an eye for operational details and proces improvements.
