• Execute sourcing strategies for A&E categories, leading end-to-end procurement activities from RFQ to contract execution, ensuring supplier selection is based on quality, cost, delivery, and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Conduct market analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities, monitor industry trends, and assess supplier innovations; perform cost benchmarking to secure competitive pricing and optimize total cost of ownership (TCO).
• Lead contract negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms while ensuring adherence to all legal, regulatory, and ethical standards; oversee the full contract lifecycle, including execution, communication of guidelines, and compliance monitoring.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, Finance, and Logistics teams to align procurement strategies with operational requirements and fleet maintenance schedules.
• Identify and mitigate potential supply chain risks, developing strategies to maintain service quality and operational continuity.
• Drive value engineering and process improvement initiatives to achieve cost savings and enhance procurement efficiency.
• Prepare regular reports for the Category Lead, highlighting procurement activities, cost savings, risk assessments, and supplier performance outcomes.
• Lead sourcing and supplier optimization projects, ensuring delivery within budget and timelines while consistently meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 6–7 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably within the aviation or engineering sector.
  
  

• Understanding of end-to-end procurement processes, including RFQ, supplier selection, and contract management.
• Knowledge of aviation regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in SAP, Ariba, and advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, for cost analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Perform aircraft maintenance certification and defect rectification;
• Ensure all maintenance works on aircraft, engine, component and equipment are recorded and carried out properly in the shift;
• Record defect findings with proper action handling and rectification;
• Ensure work performed in accordance with an approved maintenance data;
• Ensure all maintenance works are performed by using an approved material;
• Assist CAMO to monitor aircraft technical status;
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned, including AOG spare part inspection and receiving, riding engineer duty, outstation duty and heavy maintenance check on-site support;
• Assist CAMO to establish the aircraft’s defect data base record;
• Establish good co-operational relationship with local MROs, service provider and agents;
• Assist in other duties as assigned.

The role involves performing maintenance, repairs, and servicing of aircraft, ensuring they are airworthy and safe for use. Job Description

Responsibilities:
1. Ensure aircraft are maintained as per the requirements of approved documents and other regulatory requirements in the most efficient and economical manner.

2. Ensure aircraft maintenance checks/tasks are completed and/or aircraft are dispatched in a timely manner and with the highest technical efficiency and safety standard.

3. Manage a pool of technicians reporting to each LAE.

4. Ensure all aircraft documents and reports are properly recorded, accurate and promptly submitted.

5. Propose tools, modifications or different work procedures to improve efficiency.

6. Ensure defects are rectified accurately and works are carried out as per current Aircraft Maintenance Manual and other approved procedures.

7. Ensure proper documentation/label is available for all components installed/removed.

8. Ensure a high level of work quality and productivity of tasks assigned to him/her.

9. Ensure all parts/spares taken from designated stores are recorded and to inspect the items for general condition before taken out of the store.

10. Ensure EDTO requirements are met in accordance with the operators’ EDTO Maintenance Manual.

11. Attend scheduled or standby backup as required to support maintenance operations.

12. Obtain Airside Driving Permit from the relevant airport authorities.

13. To assist and advise the Lead Engineer immediately on defects or potential problems which will impact the progress and flow of aircraft maintenance activities.

14. To carry out any other tasks as assigned by the Lead Engineer.

Requirements:
- Must hold a current license from the Civil Aviation Authority Malaysia (CAAM) or equivalent authority
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as Licensed Aircraft Engineer (B1 & B2 Categories)
- Malaysian/PR holder preferred.

For situation that remain a potential hazard for future work even after taking action, reports to the superior or alternatively raises a hazard report for the attention of the HSE department.
• To enforce and maintain the tool control program.
• Responsible in monitoring the upkeep of ground service equipment and facilities with any discrepancy or unserviceability beingreported to the Shift Supervisor.
• Deputizing for the Shift Supervisor as and when required.
• Any other duties as directed by any superior - Shift Supervisor, Engineer In Charge, Base Chief Engineer,Maintenance Manager or Engineering General Manager.

Academic qualifications & professional certificates

Hold a current B1.3 or B2 Aircraft Maintenance Engineer License from these following countries/authorities:CAAM, FAA- USA (A&P), EASA, GACA- KSA,with preference for Civil Aviation Authority Malaysian part 66 license

Preferred:

• Aircraft Maintenance Engineer License with type ratingon AW139/AW189with CAT C endorsement
• Have held a company approval for AW139/AW189 type within the last 12 months
• Have gone for a AW139/AW189 type refresher course within the last24 months
• Holdsa log book with details of work experience for the last24 months

Experience / exposure

• Minimum 2 years experiencecertifying on type AW139/ AW189helicopter.
• More than5 years experience on rotorcraft oil and gas industry support operations.

• Rated with EC225 is an advantage.
