As a Principal Cloud Architect, you will be at the forefront of designing and implementing next generation accelerated computing and AI solutions on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). You will engage directly with startup to strategic customers, helping them architect and deploy complex HPC and GPU clusters, AI platforms, and intelligent agentic solutions across POC and production environments. You will play a pivotal role in pre-sales technical consulting, solution engineering, and AI transformation strategy.
This is a highly visible and influential role, combining deep technical skills with a consultative approach to support from emerging AI Startups to Fortune 500 customers, develop scalable AI architectures, and contribute to Oracle's strategic vision for cloud and AI adoption.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Architect and deploy large-scale GPU/HPC infrastructure on OCI using tools like Terraform, Ansible, Slurm and Kubernetes.
+ Build automated solutions for cluster provisioning, software deployment, and infrastructure as code.
+ Collaborate with Oracle's largest enterprise customers to define and tailor solutions that meet high-performance compute and AI requirements.
+ Support LLM-based solutions, agentic AI systems, and robotic AI platforms from design through deployment.
+ Act as a trusted technical advisor, guiding customers on best practices, cloud migration strategies, and deployment patterns.
+ Conduct customer training, workshops, and technical deep dives to enable successful cloud adoption.
+ Collaborate cross-functionally with product, support, and engineering to close technical gaps and influence product roadmaps.
+ Develop and share technical assets including competitive differentiators, code samples, demos, blogs, and white papers.
+ Identify and work with key AI Partners to support customer requirements from design to deployments.
**Required Technical Skills**
+ Hands-on expertise with GPU and HPC architecture in cloud and on-prem environments.
+ Proficiency in scripting and automation: Python, Bash, PowerShell, Terraform, Ansible.
+ Experience with cluster managers (SLURM, PBS, Bright), Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
+ Knowledge of RDMA, Infiniband, MPI, and distributed file systems.
+ Core Cloud Native experience
+ Familiarity with AI/ML platforms, large language models (LLMs), and inference serving stacks.

**A Day in the Life**
**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:**
+ Conduct remote outreach to customers and hospitals to promote and sell Medtronic products.
+ Generate sales leads through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
+ Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts while identifying new opportunities.
+ Support the Remote Sales Manager in executing the remote sales strategy.
+ Track and report sales activities and customer interactions regularly.
+ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.
+ Stay informed about product updates and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions.
+ Meet or exceed assigned sales targets through proactive engagement and follow-ups.
**Required Knowledge and Experience:**
+ Bachelor's degree preferred (Biomedical Engineering)
+ Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in healthcare or medical devices
+ Proficiency in English and local languages for effective communication
+ Familiarity with CRM tools and remote communication platforms is a plus
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
+ Customer-focused mindset with a drive to achieve sales goals.
+ Basic analytical skills to track performance and identify opportunities.
+ Comfortable using digital tools and platforms for remote engagement.

This position reports to Sales Leader, BGA APAC and is responsible for driving sales growth for the full portfolio of Honeywell Aerospace products to the assigned set of authorized Business and General Aviation (BGA) OEM's Dealers and operators in APAC region focusing Southeast Asia & Pacific
Will achieve sales targets as required by the AOP (Annual Operating Plan) and STRAP (Strategic Plan).
Responsible for ensuring customers understand the full portfolio of the Honeywell offering and assure best possible customer experience to meet profitable growth (revenue & margin) targets
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Scope includes the entire portfolio of Honeywell Aerospace products into Business and General Aviation market segments and adjacency market development.
+ Drive sales execution both directly and via channel strategy in current key offerings including Retrofit modification and upgrades, Used Materials sale, identifying leads for existing and new products that can be used in industrial applications / adjacent industries.
+ Leverage functional team(s) to drive accelerated sales win and market expansion; collaborate with ASM/CBM/CSM and other stakeholders in region/ out of region.
+ Develop extensive network of contacts - customers, partners, influencers (such as trade bodies etc) and other Honeywell teams (SBG/ Corp) across APAC; focus on key geographies SE Asia and Pacific region
+ Develop and refine existing MOS with internal teams (GH/GBE/ regional team) and external stakeholders (customers/ partners) to drive sustained momentum and rigor
+ Concise and clear leadership report outs on progress and next steps with detailed action plans and timelines for current month / quarter / year and STRAP
+ Meet/ exceed AOP including linearity and Quarterly metrics
+ Lead and ensure operator outreach in assigned markets
+ Ensure key sales program execution
+ Work closely with Customer and Product Support and Aftermarket CBT leadership to present a simple way of doing business to customers
+ Work with the Sales Excellence team for all salesforce.com related inputs, deal approvals and sales training. Pipeline development and tracking.
+ Clear understanding of HOS, including Honeywell User Experience (HUE), Velocity Product Development (VPD), New Product Introduction (NPI), and Flawless Launch processes.
+ Provide input to AOP, SRO (Short Range Outlook) and STRAP process
+ Ability to understand / grasp new concept(s), product(s), business models and conceptualize, and execute
**Key Experience & Capabilities:**
+ Bachelor's Degree (industry equivalent qualification)
+ Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in business development / support will be considered or similar Business Aviation background, product and sales knowledge experience
+ Strong business acumen
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Good knowledge of Honeywell product portfolio and associated value propositions
+ Good knowledge of our competitor's products and services.
+ Previous exposure /knowledge in industries e.g. MRO sales, Aircraft Management, OEM exposure is preferred but not necessary.
+ Preferably based in Malaysia.
