Send reminders to Vessel Managers and or PIC for all outstanding unpaid invoices
Coordinate and answer all invoice related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
Liaise with other management centres, Procurement officers, WVA Treasury and vendors with regards to invoice receive from suppliers.

- Coordinate marketing activities and support the broker distribution team by generating quarterly reports and ad-hoc analyses.
- Manage the broker support mailbox, responding to inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with internal teams for technical and operational support, actively participating in projects as required.
- Handle general administrative tasks, including coordinating partner gifts and providing ongoing support to the broker distribution team.
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION
- General understanding of the intermediated insurance industry, with familiarity in broker and underwriting principles, insurance legislation, and market trends (preferred).
- Completion of ASIC RG146 (Tier 2) is desirable.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to manage conflicts and complaints effectively.
- High-level time management skills to meet deadlines and manage priorities.
